Atico13 es un apartamento único en el centro de Sóller, a pocos pasos de la plaza principal. La amplia terraza ofrece impresionantes vistas a las montañas y al pueblo. El apartamento compacto ofrece todo el confort para una estancia perfecta. Tiendas y restaurantes están a poca distancia y frente a la puerta principal encontrará el tranvía a Port de Sóller y el tren a Palma. El apartamento es adecuado para dos personas, pero se puede alquilar para hasta 3/4 personas. ¡Disfruta de la piscina profunda en la terraza!
La sala de estar y comedor tiene puertas francesas a la gran terraza (aproximadamente 90m2).
El dormitorio principal está al lado del baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro, la cocina está equipada con varios electrodomésticos (como horno, lavavajillas y nevera). El segundo dormitorio es compacto y está equipado con una cama doble de 160x200.
La fantástica terraza soleada con pérgola tiene una gran mesa de comedor al aire libre con sillas y dos hamacas, un trastero separado en la terraza, lavadora / secadora y una segunda nevera, que incluye congelador.
La terraza lateral tiene una piscina profunda y una chimenea al aire libre.
El apartamento está en el quinto piso y se puede acceder a través de un ascensor (hasta el cuarto piso) y escaleras al apartamento.
Para estacionamiento gratuito, le recomendamos estacionar en la carretera principal de Sóller a Port Sóller (directamente después de la primera rotonda), aprox. A 5 minutos a pie del apartamento. Dentro del pueblo hay plazas de aparcamiento de pago (según disponibilidad).

We had an fantastic stay at the apartment. It is perfectliy located close to the center of Soller and has his own parking spot just a few meters away. We will definitely come back here.

Restaurant recommendations. The apartment was ideally situated and handy for everything , it was also beautifully decorated both inside and out with brilliantly comfy beds. The only small issue was storage for larger cases and also the second bedroom was slightly on the small side for two. But overall 5 stars especially as we had the best weather to enjoy over our stay.

Had a wonderful week in the beautiful town of Soller and the apartment was everything we needed it to be. Great position in Soller on the doorstep of the great shops, restaurants, tram and Palma train. Check in process was super easy and great communication with Hans the owner. The apt is spotlessly clean with a lovely wrap around terrace which gets the sun all day and a plunge pool, which was very welcome on those hot days. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Soller we would definately recommend Atico 13 and Hans who is a wonderful host.

This property is a haven from the bustle of Sóller, but is only a short lift ride away from being around the corner from the town square. It's compact but laid out in a manner that doesn't become claustrophobic, and the views of Sant Bartomeu Church and the Tramuntana Mountains are superb.
If you're weighing up being based in Sóller versus the port we'd highly recommend choosing the former; the town gives a much more varied holiday experience with the tourist opportunities of the port being only a short bus ride away.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. Communication with Hans was good throughout and we had no issues finding the apartment or getting in.
Upon arrival we were delighted to see it is exactly as advertised and nice and clean. We had plenty of room for the two of us but unless the third was a child, it might be a bit tight.
The location is excellent. We took the trolley to the port and the train into Palma. We really enjoyed all of the nearby hiking trails. We didn’t need a car at all but we did charter a boat with a skipper one day to see the coast. That was my favorite day.
It was a great stay! We highly recommend.

Sehr schön ausgestattete Dachterrassenwohnung
Wir haben uns in der sehr zentral gelegenen und wunderschön eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht, ist vorhanden. Auf der sehr großen Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge hat man viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und eigentlich den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen und ein bis zwei Kinder.

Best place to stay in Soller
The apartment is super cozy, clean and has a standard that you normally only find in very expensive hotels (like the lighting that perfectly feeds the needs of every situation). The kitchen is also very well equipped and the interior is super nice, exactly what you see on the photos. We decided to come back to that place twice during one vacation (originally we did book a sea-side place as well). And we will come back again in the future. Thank you!

Our time with the tram
The property certainly didn't disappoint - it was precisely as previewed in the photos. There was plenty of outside space with views across the town (although the heatwave meant that we couldn't take max advantage!!) and inside was comfortable and very stylish. We contacted the owner a couple of times with queries and Hans responded with helpful advice and information. Its central location was ideal for us and the friendly sound of the tram was enchanting.

We so enjoyed our stay, thank you. The apartment was just as described, really cool. Well equipped. Lots of outdoor space on the terrace. Great location right in the town centre. Love the tram just outside, a real treat. Watching the sunset over the mountains and the change of colours was one of the most beautiful sites we have ever seen. We recommend Casa Alvaro for excellent tapas. Luna 36 for a lovely evening meal. Vint in Port Soller for tapas looking over the marina. The drive out to Sa Calobra was truly spectacular.

Chic apartment in a great location.
This is a lovely place to stay in Soller. With a great terrace, nice fittings and a plunge pool to help deal with the heat, the owners have thought of everything. I think it would be hard to beat in Soller.

Appartement luxueux
Très bel appartement idéalement situé au centre de Soller avec de très belles vues.
La très grande terrasse permet de loger facilement à 4, la décoration est superbe et l'équipement de très haut niveau.
Le seul bémol concerne le bruit... En effet Soller vivant tard le soir et tôt matin, des fenêtres plus isolantes dans les chambres permettraient de mieux profiter de l'excellente literie !

Beautiful central apartment with amazing balcony.
We were a family of 4 and loved this apartment. Fantastic location. The apartment is small, but perfectly formed for our needs and probably has the best roof top terrace in Soller with almost 360 degree views. The interior is lovely with gorgeous decor. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!
