It was a great little place. Clean spacious, not difficult to get to, quiet, even though the freeway was right outside our window. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in town

The pictures on the website looked amazing and then when we got there, it just looked so old and rundown and it smelled like cigarettes. It smelled horrible and we were mostly intrigued by the back patio with the pool area was closed for renovation.

Liked the dog friendly rule, but the area we stayed was so dated, sofa in room stained, kept towel over it so we could sit on it. Room service was timely and food very good. Front staff friendly , pool was nice for kids

30$ extra for checking in 10 minutes early , $25 per day for a parking space which I didn’t have a car for and 1 drink in the bar that I don’t drink alcohol . They said it was “mandatory “ asked for a quiet room and 10 minutes in my room construction on the floor below me was jack hammering until 5PM starting at 8 . Black mold and crumbling ceiling and walls in the bathroom, dirty furniture and the grossest sticky tv remote ever seen! On and on with no compensation or apology. Soon as you step off the elevator on 3rd floor you will smell the dank musty smell of water damage from somewhere. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in including motel 6s Absolutely Nasty!!

Awful customer service. Not one person at the front desk was friendly. And asking a question it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I never found the ice machine just a dirty laundry room.
The bartender was cool. He was the only accommodating employee.
Will never stay there again and will warn my people to not bother.

Front desk were not hospitable and gave us an attitude when we asked for water bottles when you’re supposed to get two a day. Would not come back.

Property needs a face lift. Carpets in the public areas and halls are worn and loose. No place to hang towels in the bathrooms. Mini fridge in the rooms should be attached to the cabinet.

The hotel has a grand entry feel; beautiful decor- generous guest amenities free water bottles, and also items like razors . Laundry room was complementary. Special shout out to the bar staff great service.

Almost forgot, each room receives 2 complimentary drinks at the bar per night, which is a very nice added bonus.
Checkout is at 11am but you can push to Noon.

The hotel needs some attention. The halls look like they’re falling apart.

While the hotel has a cool sixties vibe, and is fairly clean, the place needs updates. The hallway carpet is coming up and wrinkled. A major trip hazard. The room furniture looks old and the one lounge chair is dirty. This was the same condition in another room we were in.
The front desk folks on the evening shift were not very help. My brother in law booked his room two months prior and they couldn’t find his reservation. He had to spend 45 min haggling with the front desk after a six hour flight instead of just getting him room and settling the matter the next day.

When checking in they gave me a card that did not work to get into my room. Had to walk back down to get a new one. Went into the room after getting the right key card and everything looked pretty good until we hit the bed. Bed sheet was dirty and had white stains on them. Had to take off the first layer from the bed because of the stains there were. Some stains appeared to be white, blood drops, and dirty smudges. When we hit the second layer they were ok but that’s where the white stain was at. At this point we didn’t want to think about anything else because we were so tired that we stayed there. Also drawers wouldn’t close and would open after closing it. Checkout is at 11am and at 9am cleaning services tried to come inside our room! I put the do not disturb sign out on the door knob and still decided it was ok to open the door? Not ok! Didn’t even knock or anything just decided it was ok to come in. Overall experience sucked. I won’t be staying here no more!

We did not get the room that we booked and they did nothing to make it right. Additionally, this hotel seems to be falling apart. There was also two giant noisy parties going on in the hotel which made it inconvenient. Lastly, there is only one ice machine available to guest on the entire property and it completely ran out of ice.

The hotel was good. My only two complaints are the sassy front desk night agent who was still sassy after she realized she was wrong AND me getting charged for smoking in the room when I NEVER did.
