Impressive but , the walls are thin and could hear people talking loud or footsteps. Bed was too high for my mom. She is 84 yrs old 5.0 ft and had to put effort to get in the bed. I heard her wheezing after. Customer Service was great even the staff from the restaurant. Best part I learned from my stay, is that it's dog friendly! I would come here everytime!

Our stay was due to an emergency due to renovations in the home. The Hilton Garden Inn was quick in checking us in. We appreciated the discount on the daily parking. The room was immaculate. The bed very comfortable.

the receptionist was very helpful friendly the room was excellent nice I found elevators being kind of slow also restaurant meals. It was very little to choose from and the buffet bait pricy

I was happy with our stay but disappointed that I didn’t have the room I reserved, no bath tub. Upon check in was told I’d have to wait an additional 40 minutes for a room with a tub, and also was never informed of the $15/day parking fee. Parking was advertised as part of the amenities… it was stated no where there was a fee and was not told at check in. I informed staff at check in I had a disabled child so take wanted a bath tub was wasn’t able to wait the additional 40 minutes so took the room without.

Great property, we stayed because we had a church conference around the area. Price value was awesome, very nice hotel, the only thing that they should include breakfast in the rate.

Hotel is clean and in a good location to be near most things in Irvine like Great Park and Spectrum. The rooms take a while to cool down, so check in at your earliest convenience. I made the mistake of arriving late and it was 86 degrees and took a few hours to get down to 70. Wish housekeeping would keep it on at least 78 so it didn't get so hot for the next arrivals. Also, separate charge for parking so factor that. It's clean and in good condition.

Another great stay. Hotel is in a great location close to shopping and convenient if you need to stay in Irvine. Welcoming staff, nice lobby with small area for conveniences in case you need to grab a snack or just a coffee. Did not use the restaurant or bar but it looked nice. I enjoyed the small pool for a swim and exercise room too. I will return.

This is the worst Hilton location. Rooms need improvement. Room above me they were fixing the sink and making a lot of noise at night. They said it would be 10 mins. Then two hours later noise was still going on until 930 pm. Then black stuff filled our sink. Front desk was useless. Mary was no help or supervisor.

She gave that call her full attention while recognizing we were waiting. When it was our turn, we received that same personal attention even though several others were also waiting.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
The reason I gave this facility a ‘good’ rating was due to the overuse of carpet fresh in the room itself and no complimentary continental breakfast.

Overall hotel was good quality - however some minor inconveniences. Primarily, the lack of parking was frustrating. Parking garage and lot available were consistently filled to capacity, requiring me to find other parking options - only to still be charged nightly parking fees.
