Amazing experience from the checkin to the checkout. Staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating & I felt very safe being a solo traveler. The art displays were unique and one of best aspects of the hotel. Dining was superb & the entertainment on the weekend exceeded expectations.

What an amazing experience. Nice location short walk to theatre and dining. Also delicious brunch at Aria and service was great. The room was cute and we enjoyed the record player and trying out the ukulele. So much to enjoy about this property and not enough time. We will be returning!

Wonderful stay at the Saint Kate! Beautiful and unique arts-focused hotel with very attentive service. The manager texted both days to see how our stay was and if there was anything we needed. Everywhere you look there is another delightful artistic detail. Galleries in the hotel very worth seeing. Room was comfortable, creatively decorated and quiet. Walkable to the Third Ward and other locations. We will definitely stay again!

This hotel was beyond wonderful. Our room ended up being upgraded to a suite with complimentary champagne gummy bears. Loved playing vinyl in the room. Guest services were super accommodating and kind. 11/10 would stay again

Modern Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. If you like Art this is the place for you, it’s everywhere. Rooms have high ceilings, record player, creative touches, I love it! Nice restaurants to choose from & reasonably priced too!

Amazing place to stay! Great location and awesome lobby bar with live music and good food. The restaurant on the 2nd floor (Aria) was also good. I love that each floor has a coffee and water station, too. Highly recommend!

Very simple. I requested and paid more for a bathtub. What kind of unprofessional hotel staff sends you up to your room knowing that you do not have what you ordered. Then, when I arrive to rom and immediately call downstairs to tell the same person that checked me in, ther is no bathtub!! His response, “oh yeah, we had a lot of people today. You’re roght, let me call my manager. After 15 minutes, no call. Welcome to St. Kate’s, we do NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Very sad.

It was a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfotable beds. The sink was a little slow when we arrived and they sent someone up to fix it. Fun, artsy hotel. Breakfast service a little slow with limited options, but no real complaints.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and offered to let us check in early. Our room was spotless and so tastefully decorated. There is a Keurig machine and one with chilled water on our flier which was convenient.
We had a $20 food and beverage credit for being a gold member at Hotels.com and used that at the bar last night. The bartender was very friendly and personable and made an excellent Old Fashioned.
The bed was very comfortable and our floor was very quiet.
The location is great, right near the Riverwalk and lots of great restaurants.
Will definitely return here if I ever get back to Milwaukee!

From check in to check out the staff at the Saint Kate hotel was great! We’re already planning another trip there. Asia at the front desk gave us a complementary glass of champagne and upon finding out that we were celebrating 20 years of marriage, we were sent a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board along with a card. We spent some time winding down at the bar where the bartenders welcomed us and joined us in some good combo as well.

It’s an amazing building with great restaurants, bars, the theatre & great location. It’s also ridiculously overpriced, you pay for parking, our room was small & extremely hot with A/C maxed, & our room upon checking in, had no soap. Also the records thing in room is a joke; they all skip & dont work

Amazing hotel !!!
Love this place, imagine an art display all over the hotel. From the moment I walked in the door to check out everything & everybody gave first class service, mt king room was beautiful with a very large bathroom with a lovely tub. You have to book a room with breakfast, the offerings are not very much but great food, it's from a small menu served in the bar/lobby area. I will return for sure.

Saint Kate-The Arts Hotel is so much more than a hotel. The hotel immerses its guests in the most delightful, enriching art in every aspect of the building (even the soap has been crafted to look like an art eraser!) My husband and I were enthralled and would love to stay there again. The staff folks were lovely, location is terrific, price was reasonable. If in Milwaukee, you should stay here.

Good location—right near the River Walk and sightseeing boat trips on the river, restaurants, and the new free trolley to take you to the lakefront. Had a delicious breakfast of Avocado Toast at the Bar.

After having such a horrible experience at one of the hotels I stayed at in Chicago in March … I am very relieved and thankful to have had such a wonderful experience at the next hotel I stayed at which was Saint Kate. I cannot thank the staff enough for their diligence, patience and respect . Very good communication and clarity all around . Very nice room that we stayed in and our dogs loved it too . Next time we’re back in town we will be staying here again ! Very impressed . Thank you
