Very nice, well kept condo in Browne's Addition, the most historic area of Spokane! This urban neighborhood has a lot of character, and it's fairly safe. Pretty quiet too considering it's in the city.
Great restaurants and nice grocery store within 2 blocks. Some of the best pizza, and Italian food you'll ever eat! Parks, museum nearby as well. Easy parking on the street in front of the building.
Only suggested improvement I would recommend to the host would be to replace some of the pots and pans in the kitchen. Some of them are pretty rough. Other than that, everything is stellar!
A lot of thought and care went into the preparations making this property into a VRBO. Excellent location for someone wanting to explore the area!

My daughter and I had a lovely, relaxing stay at this apartment. We sat and talked and talked on the balcony. All was very clean and well cared for. We walked two blocks to the Saturday morning farmers market which was fun.

Everything was excellent. Well almost. Living room a/c was inadequate but we were in bloody heat wave so who knew. We at home have an a/ c unit that sits in our bedroom exhausts out the window . They’re about $3 to 4 hundred bucks . Cools the room off nicely. The bath tub drain is very slow; lots of hair assume. Everything else was great. Great location. Thanks

We were in Spokane to do a little golfing. This unit was perfectly located. The property was very clean; cosy.
Had to contact owner for new batteries for remote and she was very prompt in fixing it. Would definitely stay again.

This little gem was perfect for my cousin and I for the week. It’s a cute, spacious 3rd floor walk-up in a tree lined neighborhood. The two bedrooms were large and very comfortable. It has a great balcony where I had my coffee each morning. It’s a block or so away from a few great restaurants. Also, easy access to other areas of Spokane.
I have rented many VRBO’s for vacation/work, but have never had such a thoughtful, accessible host. Quick to respond (I mean, in minutes), extremely helpful, and overall just very kind.

What a lovely place! Clean, tastefully decorated and great location. It was perfect to come home to after golfing. Comfortable and with the fireplace we could warm up after a chilly round of golf. Loved the location as it was easy to get around, close to highways, grocery store and in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you Marg!

Really good place at a great value. Very clean. The host was very responsive. One of the reasons we do the VRBOs is we like to cook our own food. If I had to give it a ding it would be that there wasn't many items like a vegetable steamer for a pan, no cheese grader, aluminum foil..... in the big picture not a big deal. I would recommend the property for sure .

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, comfortable and in a good area. We loved having the park right next door for our two young daughters. There are lots of cafes and restaurants walking distance from the condo as well. Good communication with the owner.

Master bed sheets had NOT been washed from the prior stay. Wrinkly and stains.
Merry stairwell was dirty. Not a big deal until 8am Sunday when someone vacuumed all three floors.
If sheets had been clean this would have been an excellent review.

We didn’t get out much due to the -10 degree weather, so luckily the accommodations were quite nice. There was coffee available to make when we arrived, a nice grocery store and local restaurants within 2 blocks, and most importantly comfortable beds!

We were so pleased when we got to this unit. It was nicely presented and clean. Its location was close to down town and the fact that it was on the 3rd floor with a balcony just added to its perfection. The next time we come to Spokane I hope we can use this beautiful unit again.

I was really impressed by this 2nd story walk-up apartment - loved the modern, comfortable decor and large kitchen. Spacious and walkable to restaurants and a grocery story. The W/D was definitely a plus! Will definitely return!

This place was perfect for exactly what we needed! We were very close to the convention center and it was so nice to be at a cozy apartment and not a hotel room. We felt safe and secure, the apartment was very clean, easy to access in and out. When we come back next year for the same tournament I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and recently updated. The tv remote barely worked and the hot water seemed to run out quickly. The most bothersome thing about the stay there was the drug addicts that surrounded the place. My kids watched a drug deal right in front of the building and when i took my two younger boys over to the park they got to witness a homeless guy smoking crack immediately after arriving to the park. I know it has nothing to do with property owners but the fact that the description says "unbeatable location" is innacurate.

This condo is so nice. We stayed here a little over a month and enjoyed the beautiful decor and comfortable furniture. Check in was easy and the host is lovely. The kitchen is amazing and is equipped with almost everything you’ll need. We loved being close to some great restaurants and it was near the Highway for my commute to work. As a travel nurse, I appreciated how clean and safe this condo was. I would stay here again.

Apartment had all the luxuries of home. It was in a safe secured building with quite neighbors and quiet neighborhood which is huge for me.. It snowed while we were here and the walkway was always cleared. Was easy booking and contact with owner was spot on. Enjoyed location to local foods and other areas. Beds were comfortable and place was extremely clean. Truly enjoyed our stay. Will certainly be back.

We really enjoyed this location. We felt very safe with secure building, easy street parking and beautiful views of the park. Restaurants, museums and grocery stores only a couple blocks away. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. We enjoyed use of the kitchen, comfortable beds and inviting fireplace You won't regret booking this apartment.
