This was our family annual vacation. House had penalty room for everyone. We enjoyed the amenities of the clubhouse. My only complaint is all rooms especially bathrooms were not properly cleaned.

My family and I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay! The home decor was pretty and the beds were nice and comfy. We really enjoyed the pool area most. The outdoor sitting area and saltwater pool were so relaxing. We spent a lot of time out there. The lazy river at the clubhouse was beautiful!
To make the home even better, I would recommend treating for ants and we did see two roaches in the kitchen area. The ironing board was broken and I’d recommend having an iron with board on each floor for a house of this size. Overall, we would definitely rent again.

The house is nicely decorated, well stocked with linens and beach towels. Way too close to the neighbors both back and side, Lot of noise late in the evening. Appliances could use some work, also, the pavers in Lani could use a good cleaning.
could have used more serving bowls and more trash bags. Had some problems with the tv, needed instructions. All in all, we had a wonderful time, thanks Tracy

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in your house. It was perfect for our five families--very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Ages ranged from 5 to 73.
We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. They also enjoyed the Family Night activities especially the Bounce houses.
The house was located with easy access to all the Disney parks. We also went to Legoland and SeaWorld and two people went to Universal Studios. Easy driving to all these parks.
The kitchen was large and we appreciated two refrigerators. The two dining room tables easily seated all 18 of us.
We never felt crowded even with eight children between 5 and 13.
Overall, it was a wonderful trip!!!

The large apartment close to all the Disney attractions is a perfect apartment for large groups. The design of the apartment is exceptional.All the rooms are spacious and allowed our large group of golfers to spread out our stuff and be comfortable at all times. Communication with the owner is exceptional. We had one minor issue ( a clogged toilet) which was taken care of immediately. Highly recommended.

Lots of living space in this house, plenty of dishes/cutlery etc. Kids loved the upstairs games area. Beds were comfy. The clubhouse was a huge hit for everyone. Backyard pool and hot tub enjoyed by all. The entire house is showing signs of a lot of wear and tear and could use a thorough deep clean and fix-up of little things - all ceiling fans super dusty, outside furniture wearing out, some lights in bedrooms and bathrooms not working, bins in fridge doors broken, etc. On site manager Ricky was very responsive and helpful. All in all though, our family of 26 - 11 adults and 15 kids - were satisfied. Thanks!

The property was very clean. The property manager responded in a timely manner. The house was fully furnished. The patio lights were not installed yet, per the manager. We paid for a heated pool , but we missed one day of enjoying it. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large getaway group. I would stay there again.

the Host was the best took care all our needs . The place needs a little maintenance but didn't bother our stay . the heat for the pool was amazing warm enough that kids could swim in at 60 -70 degrees . 2 fridge was amazing for family of 25 . the 10 bedrooms worked well for everyone . the walk to complex took about 5 minutes . We all loved the lazy river and the giant pool . Hot tub at our place and complex was nice . The miniature golf was fun . the Arcade was great for the kids also .Everyone really enjoyed this place. It was only 15 minutes to disney, About 45 minutes to Ocean . The pool table and Shuffleboard table were great things to keep children occupied also. The whole family loved this place

We came to Florida to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday and my uncle's 60th birthday. Our group of 17 ranged from age from 2-80. The house was amazing and everyone enjoyed their time

Family thoroughly enjoyed the property. Plenty of space for our group of 18. There were a few minor upgrades I suggested to the owner and she appeared to be receptive.

My family love the house enough room for everyone and no one had to wait to use the bathroom to get ready for the start of our day.The only down fall was no hand rails to get in and out of the pool.Because my family had family members that was older and health problems with,our legs and arms.Overall the House was lovely.

Great property lots to do on the resort. The home could have been a bit more clean. Hair on bathroom floors and on sofas. Spots on carpet. In spite of this issue the bad slept very comfortably and the home’s decorations and everything needed in the home was there from pool towels to cooking supplies, dishes, fun gaming fir the teenagers.

Overall great property and great location. The water park within the property was a great asset and perfect for our entire family of 19.
Don’t let the outside size of the house fool you - tremendous amounts of room with 10 bedrooms and 8 baths. The pool and hot tub were perfect.
We had a minor issue with the garage door but the property manager came within 30 mins and fixed it.

Working with Tracy was a breeze from answering all my questions to the check-out process. The house was perfect for our group of 6 moms and 6 daughters, each mom was able to have a good bed and their own bathroom; while the girls had plenty of room to spare (although we could have gotten by with 2 rooms for the girls since they all bunked up together in the wonderful bunk rooms). The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals and have enough dishes for all. Would recommend this house for people in the future.

Great communication and very accommodating. There was a slight problem but it was communicated prior to our checking in and we was able to adjust and was given something in replacement. The two refrigerators were great for our large family and there was more than enough room. Also the tv by the pool was a bonus

My family spent Christmas in this home and even though it was extremely cold for Florida, we did not mind because we never had to leave the home. From the location to the decor to things to keep us occupied, our host thought of everything. We have stayed in. Many Florida Vacation homes and this by far was our favorite
