Nice stay.

The interior of the house was great. The listing said one of the bedrooms was equipped with two king beds...just not true. The hvac people were working on the AC when we arrived, and the temperature in the house was 82. They managed to fix the downstairs unit but the upstairs (4 of the 6 bedrooms) remained in the low to mid 80's until the fourth day of our stay, despite repeated calls to the property manager. When the hvac tech finally arrived, he informed us that his previous visit had been only to repair the downstairs unit, and not both units, although it was clear that neither unit was working. We did get a refund for our inconvenience, but we would have preferred that they had corrected this on the first day. So, we liked the cabin, but were somewhat disappointed.

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the mountain. We did have some issues that I would hope will be resolved before the next guests check in. It was very warm inside the house, the temperature would not go below 79 degrees. They did get a service crew out 3 days into our 4 day stay but still no luck. The cleaning crew could do a better job, there were "party favors" left in the couch, urine on the pull out couch mattress and just an all around deep clean would have been needed before our arrival. I have been to many vacation homes and have never experienced this type of "5" star experience, this was a 2 star at best. Very disappointing..

The location was great and the view was beautiful. Upon arriving to the cabin it appeared to be perfect, but we soon noticed a couple of issues. 1 the drawers in the fridge were broken, the pull outs downstairs were not clean and the mattress on them were nothing but springs. We noticed it was very warm in the cabin but we were all moving around getting settled so we didn't think much of it and on Friday we were out of the cabin most of the day, but on Saturday we really began to notice that the air was not coming out cold. We adjusted the thermostat and gave time for it to adjust but it didn't work. So I contacted the host and he replied back immediately and walked me through how to reset the breaker. So I did. We thought that did it but the cabin never cooled off. Not sure if the unit was just broken or not set for the warmer temps. But we survived. As far as the broken drawers and the cleaning issues with the pullout beds, the host offered to send the cleaning crew out to take care of it but we had already cleaned it off ourselves and moved on. I would rent this cabin again, because the issues were minor and the host was very responsive to noting the issues and trying to remedy them. Couple of suggestions 1. maybe get an additional fridge, for a cabin that holds 18+ one fridge does not have enough space. 2. Getting new mattresses for the pullouts, and 3. Maybe having the cleaning crew leave extra towels and wash cloths when there is a group that size. Great overall.

Cabin is beautiful. Good location. A/C was not working properly. Justin did all he could to get it repaired but the parts did not arrive until after our stay. Justin was very accommodating given the circumstances. Would definitely consider returning in the future with a large group.

This property served my family perfectly. We had 11 people aged 7-85. The pool, air hockey table, and movie room were a great way to keep the kids busy while we were home. The location makes it easy to get to pigeon forge, Dollywood, gatlinburg, and the national park.

We had a large group of dance moms and daughters, in town for a large competition and convention and this cabin was magical! It was perfect! We arrived to a very clean cabin and it is so large! Larger than pictures make it look! The rooms were beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly with attached bathrooms. We had plenty of room at the dining table for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked!! The girls loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub at the end of the days and we even got a lil snow before we left! Making it the perfect weekend! The roads were maintained well and easy to get in and out of the subdivision! We marked this is as our favorite Tennessee cabin and definitely are excited to return next year to it!! Thank you Justin for your amazing hospitality! Answering any and all questions super quick and very informative on things we needed to know and about the area!! Book this cabin, you won't regret it!

Overall stay was great. Only thing is there is some minor updates that need to happen and some missed spots that weren’t clean. But overall great stay and we had a great time and enjoyed our stay
