The staff are polite and friendly.

There is no hot water in the shower. Tha bath room has no curtain to separate the shower area from the toilet making the whole bath room wet. The included breakfast has daily two choices only either rice with hotdog & fried egg or ham & egg sandwich. No smoking area separated from the dining area.

Hotel is 12 minutes from Alona what is good.

The visual and concept of the hotel is beautiful for the eye and to the photo. But it can be seen that the owner doesn't invest anymore. At the same time, the accommodation has great potential if the owner catches the following mistakes: 1. Minimalism is good, but it is not a hostel for people who come only with a backpack - the room lacks a safe, which is very important for every tourist . The lack of a mirror in the family room - it would only accentuate the minimalism nicely, but at the same time the room would also be more practical for everyday use. 2. A very but very hard mattress on the bed, I've also been in cheap accommodations before and this mattress was the worst I've ever had to sleep on. When I lay on my side, the springs from the mattress pressed on my body. I recommend the owner to buy quality soft mattresses (they are not even expensive) and thicker duvets and pillows. 3. The door to the room is very unstable, problem when opening and closing. 4. Low-quality and thin doors to the rooms, whoever walked past our room or stood in front of it, we felt as if they were in our room.. 5. when we arrived at the room, there were about 10 flies, because there is a dump behind the hotel. We had to buy spray and fly traps to kill them and prevent them from biting us at night. The staff should check this after cleaning the room for new guests. 6. the cleaning of the rooms is poor, we did not walk around the room even barefoot because there was hair and dirt on the floor - I recommend that the cleaners buy a vacuum cleaner. You will see what miracles it will do. And to train employees more on cleanliness, even though I know that it is more difficult in these countries. But I believe that the manager can teach them do it the right way. 7. the equipment in the bathroom is already old and rusty, I would recommend the owner to restore some things.

El check in era a las 14:00, llegamos una hora mas tarde y las habitaciones no estaban terminadas: camas con sabanas sucias con hoyos y pelos, almohadas sin funda, no habia papel de baño y te daban servilletas 2. Un "resort" como se hacen llamar no tenia suficientes toallas para todos los huespedes, cada vez que pediamos las entregaban mojadas y con manchas 3. Las camas estaban en el suelo y el colchon era durisimo 4. El desayuno gratis era un sandwitch con huevo pepino y un jamon horrible o arroz (un día el sándwich nos vino con hongos) 5. Tienen una carta con 10 tipos de cafe, sin embargo solo tienen disponible los basicos 6. La comida horrible, nos pedimos una pechuga de pollo teriyaki y nos llego una pierna llena de huesos e incomible, ademas de que la comida que servian no tenia nada que ver con las fotos que mostraban en su menu 7. El personal amable pero no tenian capacidad de resolver problemas Sinceramente una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido, un hostel o cualquier cosa es mejor que hospedarse en bassa nova

This hotel is a bit misleading. I don’t like leaving bad reviews however I think travellers need to know specific things about this hotel. You currently cannot establish at the hotel front area and half of the food on their menu was always unavailable however the food we did eat was delicious. The bed is a mattress on the floor and there is a step that is quite dangerous surrounding the bed especially when the floor is wet. The rooms aren’t sound proof we unfortunately had loud neighbours next door (not hotels fault but just bored for future travellers) The hotel is not located near any cafes or restaurants so you need to get transport or a bike.

La piscina está abierta hasta las 10 pm, se llena de niños que, evidentemente, hacen mucho ruido y todas las habitaciones, planta baja y primera planta, están configuradas alrededor de la piscina, con lo que el ruido está asegurado.

Kamen um 11 an und konnten nur gegen stündlichen Aufpreis früher einchecken, daher haben wir einen Roller von der Unterkunft gemietet, der eine Zumutung war. Zunächst wollte man uns nur einen Helm geben und meinte dass dies genügt. Der Roller hatte Fehlender Spiegel, kaputte Hupe, probleme mit Gas und Bremse... Das schlimmste war allerdings das Zimmer. Sofort beim ersten Schritt in den Raum kam uns ein stark unangenehmer Gestank entgegen, den wir aber erstmals angenommen haben. Auf der Toilette waren mehrere gelbe Flecken, die erst auf Nachfrage beseitigt wurden. Kurz darauf entdeckten wir einen großen Schimmelfleck im Bad an der Decke, der zusammen mit dem Abfluss für den Gestank im ganzen Zimmer gesorgt hat, da Bad und Schlafbereich nur durch einen Vorhang voneinander getrennt waren. Wenn man geduscht hat, hat das Wasser das gesamte Bad geflutet und ist nicht vollständig abgelaufen. Außerdem waren die Duschköpfe verkalkt und verstopft und durch die vom Rost angefressenen Leitungen spritzte überall das Wasser hinaus. Auch die Bettdecke im ersten Zimmer war völlig verschmutzt und feucht. Nach einer schrecklichen Nacht in diesem Zimmer, haben wir uns beschwert und ein neues Zimmer bekommen. In diesem befanden sich keine Schimmelflecken, jedoch kam auch dort der Gestank aus dem Abfluss nach und nach mehr heraus, der den Aufenthalt ziemlich ungemütlich machte.

The property is aesthetically good

First, they had a VERY BAD DRAINAGE SYSTEM and its really annoying!!! The smell covers the ENTIRE ROOM!!! Secondly, they didnt change the water in the pool. We stayed for 3d2n and we didnt see they changed it!! Lastly, they are not considerate. I know that it wasn't the properties fault that we were about to extend our time. But giving us at least 30mins to check-out, they didn't mind!! Event if we havent had our paid breakfast!!

I liked the theme, the concept of it being Balinese of some sort.

The cr door in our room looks old and untidy and the door lock is faulty, won’t lock. The drain stinks as well almost like I cannot breathe, we had to open the main room door to let it vent. The aircon is not so cold too. We stayed there for 2 nights and on the first breakfast, they served hotdogs - jumbo size and then the next morning, the hotdog was so small. I don’t understand how their breakfast works - worse, option is just hotdog for 2 consecutive mornings? Lol. At night, I don’t see anyone watching or caretaking the property. If anything happens, noone will be there to assist the guests.

The place is pretty, minimalist and classic. Staff are friendly and it is easy to get a trike if ever you need one.

The place does not have a cabinet, kettle, and a full sized mirror. Most of the nights we were not able to sleep much because of the noise coming from the people at the pool or the live music from the restaurant They said pool usage was only up until 10 pm, but some guests would be there sometimes till 1 am. Over all, we could have chosen better. I hope they improve soon.

It could have been ok if the room was not stinky the sink in the bathroom drains good. Shower curtain that keeps the water from going all over the place and a soft bed. I wake up with a back pain because of the bed being so hard.

Aesthetic-wise, the hotel was picture-worthy. Simple, chic, and spacious. I wasn’t expecting the property to be just a distance away from The North Zen Villas, so to future guests, you might want to add in your itinerary a day tour at the North Zen (pool and mangrove walk, with consumable food/bar voucher).

Personally, I do not have any complaints. I’m just happy to not experience the uneventful experience of some guests in their rooms. For future guests, some notes: 1.) The hotel is not walking distance to Alona Beach and the main streets where shops and stores are near. 2.) There’s no television. (which i personally prefer because I get to enjoy the peace and quiet). Hehe.
