Excellent location close to Gold Coast Aquatic Centre for Schools National Carnival. Stove, nice fridge, washing machine (but small), dryer (also small) available. Balcony was nice. Free internet was good. Security gates and system very good.

No door between bedroom and toilet - just a curtain- unacceptable really No door between bedroom and living area. Stains on carpet at entrance to apartment and on lounge cushions, and mat in front of tv, and not very clean- left bad impression from the start. Double-bed, prefer Queen size bed. Kitchenette sink tap leaked from stem, so dishes would not dry. 'Rooftop Terrace' - there was none, there was a landing between the 2 buildings on level 1, in shade most time, definitely not 'rooftop' - misleading title

This property isn't anything fancy but the amenities worked, it has hot water and good shower pressure and you don't get any noise from the main road with the doors closed.

Bathroom doesn't have a door just a curtain. Fold out couch mattress needs replacing as wires are poking out of the mattress cover and very sharp. Parking is very awkwardly placed. Not suitable for large cars or non confident drivers.

No lights !! Only lamps !! the fan in the lounge dining area was a joke needs air conditioning !! shower overflowed over the floor , no remote for the tv !! I could go on it was very disappointing and will never book with you again !!! Oops and the parking someone was in our parking spot so we had to park elsewhere!!!

Fairly noisy environment

The place was clean and spacious. All the facilities that one would need were for a short stay. Access to the building was easy. Great location and ideal facilities for a small family.

1. Car Park was identified incorrectly in the material as "M" when it should have been "71". This caused us 3 days of having to park outside on the street. 2. Lighting was dim. Could do with a refresh 3. Bedding was present but there were no covers on the Quilts. More pillows would have been better. 4. Ceiling fan had one 1 speed.
