We liked the location, and the overalll property, however the carpet was disgusting and either needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

Hadn't seen our adult children in over a year. We were able to spend the weekend together . The house was perfect . The fireplace was a welcome addition during the cool and snowy weekend. We even saw a couple elk from the balcony. We needed propane for the grill and were impressed to have it delivered promptly. Clothing was accidentally left and they were exceptionally kind to retrieve it and FedEx it back to us, I never expected that to happen! I would definitely consider staying there again not to mention the high end fixtures and four full bathrooms.

Arrived about 3:15 and entered the Condo, (5 adults and three kids 3,6,and 8 years old. The kids all loved the bunk beds when we arrived, and this became their room with one adult. We got unpacked and then went to town for dinner and came back to play games and relax. Around 8:00 the kids were getting ready for bed and my granddaughter who is 6 was opening the dresser drawer to get her pajamas out when the whole dresser fell on her. Luckily one of the moms was in the room and lifted the dresser off of her. My granddaughter was inconsolable for at least half an hour and had bruises on her arms and leg. Fortunately her head escaped any injury. This incident which could have been avoided had the dresser been properly anchored put a damper on our trip to say the least. Especially in a room with bunk beds that is meant for kids.The dresser is very unstable which we found out in testing it after the accident. Management needs to be responsible for insuring a safe environment for everyone, especially in a room for kids!

Great location just down from downtown Estes Park downtown area. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet cabin feel with great views of the Rockies.

We recently stayed at this townhome in the Fall River Village and had a wonderful time. The townhome itself was great. It was clean, well furnished with comfy beds, had nice bathrooms and a balcony with an amazing view. The location is perfect. Situated near the heart of town, you're a short walk from restaurants, shops and breweries; though be prepared for a steep climb back to the place, haha! Finally, I have to give a shout out to the folks that manage this facility. All communication was handled via email and text. Everything was crystal clear and timely. They made checking in and checking out super easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!
