Incredible vacation home! Huge house and pool

The place was amazing! So beautiful and close to everything. The property management team were fantastic. It was a trip that our family and friends made so many special memories and this house definitely helped with those memories! Definitely, will be staying in this house in the future again.

Everything was great! Location was excellent short walk to the beach.

as every other guest review has mentioned - this was an amazing property - my group of friends had the best vacation celebrating our 50th Bdays. - and thats with being rained out for 2 of our 5 days - it didn't matter, since this home, and all the amenities made for the most memorable stay. Chuck was the best to work with - we had communicated a few times before our arrival to make sure everything was perfect. It is abundantly obvious - Chuck wouldn't be happy unless his guests were happy. at staying at Splash.

We had a great stay at Splash. Chuck was fantastic before arriving and during our stay. Chuck is very responsive and easy to work with. We had a fantastic vacation!

Our daughter and her new husband wanted a small gathering for their wedding. This was perfect as all 33 of us could gather to celebrate and stay in the same house! We walked across to the beach for the ceremony then came back to the house for dinner, dancing, hot tubbing and swimming! Chuck was great to work with as was Robin. It’s a huge house and they responded immediately to any minor glitches that came up. Would love to go back!

We came with a group of families for spring break and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space, and we could gather in a group to eat and play. We will definitely be back!!!

The house is absolutely perfect for our large group! The common spaces are amazing, we could all eat together every meal and pool area is just wonderful! Perfect location with short walk to the beach and short walk to The Crab Trap! The owner and is an absolute gem! Friendly and available for questions at a moments notice! If this house is available, rent it, you will not be sorry!

The owner Chuck was awesome to work with! The house was huge and overall worked great. Had some small issues but nothing that affected the overall trip. I think they have been so busy, they just haven't had time to fix some of the small things like outdoor outlets not working, speakers by the pool not working, no pool towels. Again, nothing too big, just things that should be there when you pay that type of money. Also, wasn't aware that you had to pay an additional fee for heating the pool until the day before we got down there. Overall, the rooms were great, kitchen was awesome and my family had a great time. I would highly recommend for larger groups.

My Husband and I booked this property for the week of our wedding and wedding reception. From the very start the home owner made the process an easy one. The house itself was beyond what we imagined. We had our wedding party and close family stay at the house with us and everyone had plenty of space and had the best time! I have to mention the pool as it was out of this world. I will miss that and the kitchen the most! We will forever be grateful to Chuck for allowing us to stay at the Splash house for our day and for being so accommodating throughout the trip. Overall we had the most amazing week surrounded by our friends and family and we wound rent out the Splash house again without even thinking twice!!

Here for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party was able to stay together and have week of celebration. Property is beautiful and owner and staff are accommodating and wonderful people!!!

The Splash was definitely a much needed escape for us from Hurricane Ida. Our annual vacation couldn't have been booked at a more critical time. We greatly appreciate Chuck and Robin for being extremely accommodating and prompt in addressing ANY and ALL concerns and issues during our stay. The pool/outdoor area and the main kitchen area were HANDS DOWN the focal point of this trip. While the amenities listed were accurate, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay: pest/bug problem, mainly in the kitchen area; the non-working TV in the pool area; presence of mold in one of the bathrooms; a couple of sunken mattresses; not enough air circulation in the 3rd floor bunk room; and non-working lights in a couple of the bunk beds. For the cost of the beach house during our stay, we were not expecting to encounter these many issues.

We’ve rented several properties across the country and it’s safe to say that ‘Splash’ has it all! My wife and I along with our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay .. this property is a beautiful home with plus-plus amenities that doubles as a mini resort! Chuck, Robin and team were quick to respond to the couple of questions that we had and couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you’re thinking about renting this property .. do it .. you won’t be sorry. We still can’t stop talking about the great memories made at ‘Splash’. We’re still smiling and we will be back!! Everything from checking in to checking out was pretty smooth. Robin was always very responsive and nice. Everyone loved the house and we couldn’t stay out of the pool and spa tub. We stayed end of May and do recommend getting the pool heated for the additional cost. It especially helped with the babies who aren’t used to cold water temps. Short walk to the beach. Definitely bring your own towels if you can for showers and the pool/beach. They have some towels but there were so many of us (and kids going through them) we had to wash them everyday to keep fresh towels available. If you’re on the fence about booking, I highly recommend SPLASH! We would love to come back! Thank you Chuck and Robin!

The home was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL !! Robin the property manager was AWESOME! If we had any questions she was quick to respond to our needs! LOVED the pool also! The home is spacious and was very clean upon arrival. We DEFINITELY hope to return again- THANK YOU to Charles (the home owner )for letting us rent such a BEAUTIFUL home! We felt right at home and it was also GREAT to have an elevator to use for our elderly parents!

I needed this vacation so badly and it was everything had hoped and so much more. This home is absolutely gorgeous! The pool is spectacular! I’m already looking to go back!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to bring our group of 27 high school seniors (and 7 chaperones) for a final trip together. Lots of space, a resort-like pool and hot tub, and close beach access. The home was decorated beautifully, but was very livable. We made every meal at the house, with the exception of one dinner out (several restaurants within walking distance). Plenty of pantry space, refrigerators and freezer space. Be sure to plan a grill night in the gorgeous outdoor kitchen. The owner was responsive to our every need--he answered questions and addressed problems quickly, regardless of the hour. We would definitely recommended Splash for other groups like ours, for large families, or for multiple families/friends.

Loved all the room for everyone - the pool was fantastic and all the children were in it all day & night - everything was there to prepare meals eliminating the need to go out - fabulous home

The stay was perfect, the owner, Chuck, touched base to check on the stay and make sure everything was as expected. A first class experience, all around! A huge thanks to Chuck and Splash!

We had a great time at the splash house and chuck the owner took care of all our requests and made our stay at splash the best and care free .. the house was so clean and the outside pool bar with the tv and fridge and speakers is like nothing I’ve ever seen before .. our family had the best time and are definatly going to stay at the splash house next year and many to come

Chuck's rental property was super. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 9 kids. We loved the large pool with several depths .. almost separate places for groups of kids and adults. The area around the house and pool provided the opportunity for some of us to get some sun apart from others in the group. The area behind the pool is really quite spacious. The large grill was super, as was the outside bar and TV areas. and many of us enjoyed the foosball and pool table. Inside, the bedrooms were good size to very spacious, and having separate bathrooms for each bed room was great. With several larger outside balconies, there was some quiet space for everyone. The second floor kitchen, dining room and living room areas were very spacious. And the larger fridge, freezer and wine cooler were just what a larger group needs. With the three washers and dryers, we were able to easily keep everyone in clean clothes. Back to the kitchen, we had a kids' table and an adults' table for dining, enabling each group to talk and have fun. The location is within two miles of most shopping folks would do. We had a great time, and would highly recommend Splash!

Trying to explain how cool this place is, is like trying to explain a Kaleidoscope to a blind man. the house simply defies description in that its is perfect in every sense of the word. the house is roomy, comfortable, and immaculate, built for comfort. The views of the gulf are amazing from the front, and the pool rivals any Vegas Hotel pool. Trust me. Whatever you spend on this home will be long forgotten with the memories you will make here. This was a vacation of a lifetime, and we created memories that will live forever. You can rent this home with absolute confidence. Chuck painstakingly cares for his guests and makes sure their every need is met. When you combine this property with an owner as committed to the guests experience. its a beautiful thing. Thanks chuck for a wonderful stay. Just overwhelming how great this house was for our group.

Almost closer to a resort than a home. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Would be comfortable for small group or huge gathering. Will be back the next chance we get.
