I like the host because she let us check in when we arrived early. We travelled for many hours from Chiangmai so we were very tired. The check-in was in the afternoon but we were able to rest not too long after we arrived. Her instructions were very accurate and with pictures. She also sent an iron when we requested. The bed is very comfy. The place was exactly in the pictures, so we were happy. It was spacious for the four of us. We liked the pool too. It was constanly cleaned. I highly recommend this place.
Maybe the fact that there was no nearby restaurants around the hotel although there was somewhere to buy food. We have to walk a few meters and across from the street to go to KFC. We want to eat rice but there was no rice cooker. That's all I guess.

the pool was nice. the aircon worked
check in was awful, the apartment smelled badly of damp, was very dated and shabby. the bathroom was grotty with mould. the spare pillows and duvet had no covers on.

Nice room of design! All of equipment were new and kept very well. Staff was very helpful. Nice pools and gyms.

A/C's sounds like a old flying aircraft, and the bedroom one, the remote was fixed at whatever the owner felt right. Basically it was just about okay for our 4 day stay.. However it's not new and everything in it is not new. Everything like the apartment is tired and old. Also my Thai wife really struggled with trying to watch just about anything on tv as the picture was awful.

LOCATION WAS NORTH OF THE TOWN BY A FEW KILOMETRES SO IT DID NOT HAVE THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE AND STREET NOISE. THE POOL WAS EXCELLENT - ESPECIALLY FOR THE 2 YEAR OLD.
THE CUTLERY , CROCKERY AND KITCHEN UTENSILS SUPPLIED WERE A LITTLE SPARSE FOR INHOUSE COOKING , BUT SINCE WE ATE OUT MOST OF THE TIME IT WASN'T A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR US.

Best hotel for its price in the northen part of Hua Hin. It has all what is needed for confort stay. The personel is in the hotel from morning till 6 pm, but they are extremely helpful. If any problem accures, hotel team does their best to solve it in the best way. In our case they provided babies cot, helped with hot water and even provided us another room when we understood this is not suitable for our baby due to noise from outside.
Nearby beach dissapears sometimes due to high tide,but it is compensated by hotel sweeming pool

Super comfortable and clean big apartment style with large fridge in kitchen, fast and stable WiFi. Free gym and beautiful pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to beach, food, shopping etc. Very reasonably price.

It was not what it was supposed to be it was supposed to be a one bedroom apartment and it was a small hotel room at best not a great bathroom and it was sort of in poor condition the towel rack in the bathroom fell off and broke just by hanging the towel on it my wife said the air conditioner did not work just the fan

I really like my stayed.
Beautiful and comfortablet room with good wi-fi, cable tv, AC, kitchen for cooking. it was well kept and clean. Staff were very nice for Check-in, Support and helpfulness. Lovely place to stay, awesome pool. Next time I will go again for sure.
