The bathroom even being small was complete and very clean.
The room was small, it only has room for the bed, if you travel alone you can leave things on the floor in front of the door or the bed, but I don't recommend it if you travel as a couple.

Easy access and friendly people who just left me to myself unless I needed them.
It was the lower floor so lovely and cool through a hot week.
The bed filled the bedroom so a smaller bed would improve the room.
Facilities good, a nice bathroom and they topped up the tea coffee and biscuits regularly..
Often stay in Airbnb and this was expensive by comparison.

Comfy bed, cozy room. Great shower power. Tea tray much appreciated. Lana was on hand & very helpful. Good location for going down into town. Very peaceful. A good night's sleep.
Basin in the shower room is so tiny you really have to be careful not to hit your head on the shelf above when cleaning your teeth. Or maybe I am just awkward? 🤔🤣Also, don't believe Google maps...from train station, mainly flat???!!! Nowhere, except inside shops, in Lewes is flat.

Very central location, Lara the owner was very helpful.
Bed was too soft for my liking but that's just personal taste.
I wish breakfast was included for the price.

The central location is ideal for exploring Lewes. Compact bedroom with comfortable large bed. Storage is under bed drawers and shelves. Have use of ground floor hall area where there is a chair, a coat rack and kettle with drink making facilities.
Toilet and excellent shower room off the hall. Bed only, no breakfast but as close to High Street opportunities for breakfast nearby. No TV in room but this may not matter to you when alternative devices are prevalent. Excellent Wi-Fi
No significant downsides. Parking is a short distance away, free from 5.00 pm to 9.00 am or £1.90 all day. Can park car outside property to load and unload.
