How clean and comfortable the home was, well decorated we all enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we found, which we was sure was who ever used the house last turned all picture's up side down and had set the T.V alarm which went off 5 in the morning, also all the bins outside were full to the brim which was also lazy people who can't be bothered to put the bins out on bin day!!! We put both bins out on Friday, so hopefully, they will get emptied for the next guests!! 😀

Pleasant, comfortable house. The amenities were good. Fully equipped.

Cutlery, crockery and cooker were dirty and greasy, all had to be washed before we could use them. Also, front room was locked for some reason, but we found key in kitchen.

I will never use this property again, absolutely disgusted that I had neighbours, knocking my door telling me to keep the noise down. And we were only just talking in the living room, but yet I had a text message from your office, telling me you have no use microphones in the house which is a load of lies because clearly your neighbours complained. I had a child in the house who is scared because two aggressive men was knock on the door. We were only there to attend the dance comp. But yet the one Neighbour, the next day apologised, and said we wasn’t that noisy. It was just the other neighbour on the other side wanted to complain. Which is number 7 to my discussed on Saturday night. We came home from the dance camp to find him smoking drugs on the front doorstep of his house. Number seven. Then he proceeded to show us his ring doorbell of us coming back in the night at 9 o’clock which I have a ring doorbell, and I know they are amplified when they are recorded, so we wasn’t as noisy as they were saying. Absolutely disgusting money and we had to talk really quiet and I mean whispering because my little girls were so scared that they were gonna knock the door again.

It’s very sad, how’s the property was lovely just the fact neighbours at number seven. We’re smoking drugs outside the front door when we came home from a dance camp to my disgust as I had my little girl with me. He was very aggressive! Which his friend proceeded to tell me that he complains all the time when people stay in this property. Which is very unfair for us staying there. I was hoping to book in may again. But I will never use this property again, and I will never recommend this company.

I have booked many properties for staycations or work before and this one is by far the best in cleanliness, decor and general area! It was perfect for children as well - 2 smart TVs to avoid arguments which is rare to find! Felt very secure as well and property people were regularly checking in to make sure we were okay.

Only downside is bathroom is downstairs but still won’t stop us from going back!
