We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at the cottage for 2 weeks. Everything was there: spices in the cabinet and toiletries in the bathroom. We had such a good time, and we were even able to walk down to the Everett Farmer's Market on Saturday! My cat came too, and she loved exploring the gardens and had a lot of fun looking at the neighborhood cats, squirrels and bunnies! Nikki was a great host and had excellent communication around checking in and making sure we were had everything we needed.

The house was very nice and very clean. The owner was easily available & communicated well. We loved the fenced yard for our dogs. It is so nice the owner allows dogs. The only couple of things I would mention that were not 100% for us would be that darkening shades for the master bedroom would be beneficial and the master bed was a little too soft for us. I might recommend a more firm topper. It would also be cool if the backyard were fenced so dogs didn't have to be right in the front of the house as there is a lot of foot and car traffic and the whole neighborhood can watch you, lol but the yard was pleasant. The owner was very nice and the house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thank you

This place was just perfect...in location and all it had to offer. You can tell thought was put into creating a serene and homey feel. Although we only stayed a couple nights, it was well stocked and made me wish we had been able to stay a longer weekend! It was close enough to the interstate for easy travel, but the street itself felt so quaint and cozy! I was very thankful for the window AC units as it was a hot couple of days. And my parents and I just loved all your beautiful flowers and plants outside! Thank you for this perfect little retreat!

If you are looking for a well kept property both inside and out this is the spot! I couldn't have imagined a better sport for our guest to stay while in town for a month. She enjoyed her stay immensely and had nothing but good feed back. Nikki (the host) was quick to respond and provide support with a variety of things for us. I only wish we had opportunity to stay here more often. I will fully recommend Nikki and her property to anyone who asks!

Wonderful 2 bedroom home with modern upgrades and a good location. Check in and check out was very easy, and the home is very well equipped! Our host us a terrific communicator, ensuring all went well for our eleven nights. Highly recommended and when we return we will look to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our stay. We have family in the area and will recommend it to anyone else going to visit them. Everything felt cozy and well thought out and the kitchen was great for the small amount of food prep we did. Everett is a great place to visit, when we visit again we will look to stay here again!

We traveled with the pups to WA to attend a Ringo Starr concert at Chateau Ste Michelle.
So glad we chose Nikki's lovely cottage. From the moment we got there we felt right at home. She's done a wonderful job of balancing the charm of a 1920's Craftsmen with the functionality of modern day living.
We appreciated how well stocked everything was, allowing us to relax right away without running around purchasing items.

Pine Arch Cottage is a super charming, clean and comfortable vintage cottage. The property was exactly as described and met all our needs. We would definitely choose to stay there again the next time we're in town for a concert at Angel of the Winds Arena.

My colleague and I had to work in downtown Everett for a couple of weeks and found this place. Central location made getting to our required location easy. The house was clean and well stocked with all we needed to be comfortable. There was only one bath, and one of the bedrooms did not have a closet, but those were minor issues more than made up for by the value, location and convenience. We had a slight issue with the internet and our host was on it right away and very responsive. I will definitely rent again next time I need to be there for work.
