Lovely team - definitely staying there again!!

Horrendous stay, we ended up leaving at 10pm. Music from the bar so loud, was told it would not be turned down and was on until 1am. If you stay here check there is no music on downstairs as rooms are directly above bar. No advanced warning of loud music or we would have cancelled.

Lovely place. Friendly staff. We had a family friendly meal for supper, really good food and selection. It's a bit loud on a Saturday but we were warmed and they provided earplugs. So much better than your average run of the mill airport hotel!! Thanks for a great stay.

The room in the hotel was very small, however it was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately tho, the music from the pub downstairs was unbearable loud and continued till 12.30, 1.30 and 12am all three nights Breakfast was passable but not best quality. All in all a very nice place but perhaps not for me.

Nice little hitel with bar and food downstairs. Great quality furnishings, tea and biscuits, iron and board, hairdryer, big tv. Room felt very cosy. Limited parking, room was roasting due to pipe runs in the wall but the windows opned ok.

I have visited the abbey inn twice in the last 5 months. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Accommodation is excellent and clean and comfortable. Would definitely book in again if I was coming up to Scotland.

Disappointed with the stay at this hotel, when booking there was no mention of the activity’s in the hotel. After booking a few days later got an email saying we may hear music in our room. This was an understatement, until 1am in the morning we could hear banging music through the room as if we was in the venue. After receiving the email I thought to cancel but no cancel policy in place. So be very careful when booking a weekend if you want to sleep. We ordered drinks to the room using the app that didn’t turn up and we have had to launch a case with PayPal to get the refund. Rooms are nice which is a shame it got let down, at the price point I would avoid

Room wasa good size especially since I use a walker the extra room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great although disappointed there was no cereal. Staff very friendly and helpful especially young Matthew. Will reccommend to family and friends and will return.

I like staying here through workbeven though it would be ceaper to get a taxi home Its very welcoming, great staff and a comfortable room always. Ihave stayed here approx 5 times

It was amazing and staff recognised me from last year. Jilly and Lucy were very professional and friendly with their tireless dedication to their work. So comfortable and look forward to coming back soon.

I had a very comfortable couple of nights there, staff were great.

We stayed here in September, 2023 the day we arrived in Scotland and again the night before departure. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the pub is excellent. The rooms are not 5 star spacious rooms but more than adequate and most importantly clean. All the staff we dealt with were very kind and helpful as we found with everybody we met in Scotland. Parking is right in the front so super easy. The food in the pub was great and convenient being right down stairs. We will be back again in August again for the first and last night of our stay.

Nice Scottish pub, good hospitality

Was like sleeping above a frat party. Check in was literally checking in as if I was getting a drink at the literal bar. The sink was stopped up/water backed up, the shower went from scalding hot to frigid cold. We mentioned all to the manager on duty the next morning and kind of got a brush off….. grossly overcharged and the management didn’t make it right… DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
