Worst customer service ever said free breakfast here the hotel said no made us pay the customer service was terrible the hotel may have been 4 stars once now has seen better days 1st room was smelly dirty dusty we asked to moved it was better the 1st room all night you could hear the traffic they made us pay 1256 pesos for breakfast was supposed to be free it was ok but nothing to right home about will never stay here again I have stayed in Cebu many times this was the worst hotel experience better go to the quest, blue water the raddison bleu or waterfront never again here bade a complaint

When we got to our hotel room the bathroom smells really bad and i had itchy all over my body from the bed!

A very safe place to stay because no body can go up the building without swipe card key because elevator will not work without tapping the card. Staff very nice . Only thing don't like without face and hand towels. Free breakfast was good I like their chocolate drink .

Good value, convenient free breakfast buffet

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Rooftop pool and a restaurant downstairs. The only minus is that is not very soundproof and you can hear some noise from outside as well as from the hallway through the door. Very good wifi and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I'd stay here again!

Our stay was ok. The wifi in our room was not available. We had to call service desk twice to get the burner to work. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out was smooth.

The location was convenient to go around on a tour. The front staff and room staff were great. The staff and options when dining were below par. Posted menu only partially available. They took an order for something they said they had, and after 35 minutes brought the wrong dish. Then confirmed what I had ordered wasn't available. Just... Not great. Nice folks, but ....

The hotel is spotless from outside up to the rooftop. I like the fact that no one has easy access to the floors unless you have the key or the staff tapping you in. Their lobby has the convenience of seating space for guests and visitors. Air-conditioning works terrific (it was HOT Outdoors when I visited). The room was excellent. I originally booked for a single standard room but I was upgraded to a better room with kitchen and double beds AT NO ADDED COST! Toiletries and beddings were really plentiful and can be requested 24/7. Safe also available in the room. Internet works amazingly and netflix and a AmazOn Prime videos are FRRREEEEEE. HOT water for shower runs 24/7 (dont laugh. I like hot showers in a hot day lol). The food choices at the buffet downstairs during breakfast are VERY GOOD. MOST IMPORTANTLY what made my stay really memorable and exciting are the AMAZZZING PEOPLE who work there: from the doorman, receptionists, restaurant staff, janitorial team to the managers. Everyone have this welcoming smile and voice that makes you FEEL THAT YOU ARE HOME. And everyone were really helpful and always ready to lend a helping hand. Thank you for making it easy for me. I came to visit and spend time with my sick dad who is terminally ill. It was heavy coming home for that. But because of BEAUTIFUL STAFF AND WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATION it was all worth it. God bless you all and I am excited to see you all again soon.

Place new, convenient, safe,,however outside the hotel dogs are every where.

Nice budget hotel, functional rooms no fuss

Thought I booked at the other Bayfront location. So the location was not where we wanted. Hotel itself was nice. The breakfast greeter was a little snooty but perhaps that is her job.

It could have improved more. There’s not much choices for the breakfast. The keypad didn’t worked out the first try. No concierge services or tour packages. Limited amenities but the staff were very nice kind and accommodating.

The staff was awesome. Breakfast is marginal, a toaster would make it much more tolerable. The WiFi TV in the room is not a great idea in the Philippines... Bed was a bit hard for me. If you are not staying for a long time, place is awesome. The staff are the heart and soul of the business there. Any mild imperfections, they definitely make up for. Nice clean room and very comfortable

Sooo dirty! Rooms weren’t ready and we came 3 hours after check in… pillow cases, sheets, floors and bathroom were so disgusting!! I’ve stayed in several 3 star hotels and motels but have never experienced this before. The receptionist said he’ll check if we could change rooms but didn’t do anything before his shift ended. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The staffs were all pleasant and nice to the guest.Housekeeping were terrible. Dirty linens when we arrived. Nobody cleaning the room.Airconditioner N I t working. SO HOT at night specially.

The bed is hard and the aircon is very noisy . We requested for new towels , toilet paper & water but it took a long time before they delivered it to our room . We only stayed for one week and moved to another hotel . We will NEVER stay again in this hotel . Their hallway in going to our room is very dirty .
