Menší počet lůžek než je uvedeno!!! Bylo nás 5 na 4 lůžka. Rozkládací pohovka je rozbity- nelze rozložit! Také bylo ložní prádlo jen pro 3 osoby. Celkem by Ubytovani zasloužilo více péče a údržby.

Le p-déj était organisé par nous-mêmes. Bémol : seulement 3 cuillères à café pour le logement de 4 personnes !!!

Beaucoup de travaux à réaliser : 2 volets roulants électriques du salon hors services et restés fermés pendant le séjour. Lumière extérieure HS. Trou dangereux au niveau des pavés devant l'entrée Plancher etage très très bruyant Salle de bain avec baignoire: carrelage cassé en décollé et peintures à refaire Portes et serrures très bruyantes : à graisser. Boîtiers électrique radiateur ouvert. Porte meuble TV déposée .

It was right in the centre of Reims, which was perfect. It was easy to check in and out as there was a key box right there. It was comfortable and just perfect for an overnight stay. Communication was also perfect from start to finish.

There didn't seem to be any coffee cups. There was a coffee machine with pods, but we couldn't use it. This didn't really matter as we left early, so we got a coffee out.

The location was in reasonable walking distance from the centre.

We had booked for three nights to celebrate walking to Reims Cathedral from Canterbury Cathedral on the Via Francigena. The wifi did not work at all during our stay, despite repeated contacts with the property manager and a visit from her assistant. I had made several appointment times for this visit and waited outside for the assistant to arrive, but she didn't turn up at the agreed times. Eventually she arrived, unannounced, after I had waited for her at the apartment all morning. Despite having inserted a new card, the wifi still did not work and I contacted the property manager, who did not respond further and the wifi remained inaccessable for the duration of our time there. The property was also unclean and not properly maintained. For example, the toilet had not been cleaned for some time, and the tea towel was a grubby grey with many holes in it. Two of the legs of the sofa were broken so it was on a lean and couldn't be utilised. Many of the lights did not work and there were other problems. Our concerns were raised with the property manager via the Booking.com messaging service, on numerous occasions but not addressed despite her assurances that they would be sorted out. We have stayed now at many places through Booking.com and have enjoyed very positive experiences in the UK and France, all with operational wifi!! This was our first and worst experience of a most disappointing stay.
