I booked a room & paid extra for a balcony, and there was no balcony.

sometimes the internet was poor. the room was too small for such a long stay and alsı the wardrobe was very small. poor insulation, could hear the neighbours.

I liked the variety of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. Three bottles of water were inside the minifridge, which was a nice gesture. The bathroom towels were bigger than the usual for a hotel.

The location doesn't match that one of Google Maps and it's even further away from the city center (if I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked it). The reception is a bit gloomy and the receptionist who took us in wasn't the nicest and most efficient.

Good hotel on a quite street in 20 min from center by foot. Worth it's money

Not very clean...

The price, it’s the cheapest hotel in Turin, but that’s also for a reason. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The receptionist welcoming us was very unbothered with our arrival. No smile, no explanation, just gave us keys and that’s it. Our room was supposed to be air conditioned, but we never found out where it was or how to turn it on, if it was working. The bathroom had marks all over (yellow stains in the sink and some kind of skidmarks in the tub) and the shower didn’t get hot. Also there was no shower curtain or hook to attach the showerhead to, so the entire bathroom became a wet mess. The bed was springy but ok, and in general the room has known better times, everything is a bit used and outdated, but functions.
