this was a hotel above a bar..a unique experience and the water fall view out the window!

it was so over used and not renovated. they did clean what they had the best the could. bunk beds in the room and bathrooms down the hall

Perfect location, next to Staubbach fall The pub serves beautiful soups and hot chocolate. Staff were really nice and friendly. Will stay here again when I come back

The rooms are not sound proof so it's hard to get good sleep if your neighbors are noisy.

The places is at the center, easy access and has a pub. The room is clean and with a view of the waterfalls. What I liked the most was, I forgot my phone on the room, I contacted the management and they sent it back to me per Post in Germany.

Awesome little hotel with amazing staff! I also loved that it was right above the pub - it really gave it an awesome, cozy vibe and was a great place to grab breakfast.

20 euro extra for a hairdryer, and 20 euro for a kettle. That's a bit exorbitant, but Switzerland is expensive and you can live without them for a few nights.

No lift, we carry the luggage to 2nd floor and half dead. Room was very small and tiny bathroom inside. No light/ bulb in the bathroom 😐 can’t turn myself when bathing (I am Asian and consider smaller size). we walked 15 mins to the hotel (up hill and down hill) and when I asked the staff whether we can use the bus nearby, she told me no bus can be used. But we found in Google there is a bus stop nearby and is free! staff provided wrong information

Easy process of checking in and out, helpful staff, amazing location as everything is in Lauterbrunnen

Once they cleaned the bathrooms in our first day they never replaced the hand towel and bath mat so the bathroom was soaking wet. the rooms std very dark towards the window as there is no light so it’s hard to see. the bunk beds are very loud and the walls are very thin so can hear people talking at night

The toilet is not convenient outside. The description says that there is a private bathroom, but there is really only a bathroom. The sheets are frizzy and the light is dim. I ordered a soup. The radish in it was just thawed. When I drank it, the radish was still cold. The staff is very nice, and it’s next to the scenic spot.

You need to pay separately for breakfast, the bed is loud when you move a little.

I like the room, simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. The food in the bar was delicious, the view around and the whole area is wonderful... I would love to repeat the experience one more time in Hotel Hornerpub, thank you :)

It happened that there was people next to our room, laughing and talking in loud voices at midnight, it was annoying not to have some instructors to keep calm and silent at night... Also for using the shared bathroom, some people need a clear note to remind them they're not in their home and should occupy the bathroom for a very short time.

It's the best choice in Lauterbrunnen valley, if you have a low budget! Everything was nice.

The room was as expected—like an upscale hostel with shared bathrooms, but a great deal for the value. The room was clean, comfy, and the bathroom was easy to use and very clean. The staff was great, and the pub downstairs was cheap and filled with friendly people. If you're staying in Lauterbrunnen, I highly recommend staying here for an authentic, friendly experience.

The location was amazing, the staff was friendly and l liked the vibe there. Everything is green around you, my room was directly in front of a waterfall.

I loved my room! I loved that it had a couch and desk so I could spread out and enjoy the room during a rainy day. The staff was friendly and the noise from the pub wasn’t too bad. The location was great; about 10 minute walk from train station. I also loved that they offered laundry service. It is hard to find a dryer while traveling and they washed, dried, and folded.
