Stayed here with a big family group, had an amazing time. Super clean, new, great layout. Hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. Location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Kitchen equipped with all the things needed for meal preparation and the nice big dining table fit our big crowd. The pool area was well used and so fun. It was quite a walk to the beach was our only negative

This property was amazing. So many areas within the house for our family of 13 to enjoy. Pool area was perfect to enjoy after the beach. Short walk to beach, but we rented a golf cart. There are seven bedrooms, but only three with en suite bathrooms. Listing says there are six. Beautifully decorated. Hope to return in a few years.

The house is perfect for larger groups. We had 21 people in our group and there were plenty of beds, linens/towels, kitchen supplies, and space for everyone. We cooked all of our meals while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. One of the youngest in our group said "Five stars because it was awesome!"

We just completed our stay with our family- 17 adults and children. The White Rose exceeded our expectations. Large bedrooms, private bathrooms, bunk beds, a huge kitchen, 3 refrigerators, beach chairs, dozens of beach towels, an amazing warm pool, a large dining table and a grill! We had everything we needed for a great time together. The weather wasn’t great: it was cloudy, rainy and cooler than normal. But the pool is kept warm so we could still be out with kids swimming- and they don’t really care about weather! So thank you for all of the details like towels and a well heated pool. Also, thank you to the property management group for working with us to make changes due to airline changes. We appreciate your friendly, helpful and timely responses.

This property was perfect for our family group trip! It had everything we needed and included so many extra amenities not usually found in vacation properties. We had a slight issue with a toilet while there, but the property team was super quick to reply and resolve the issue. We'd love to go back!

We found your home on line and decided it would be perfect for our family of 14. Having 7 bedrooms was perfect and the rooms with the bunk beds was great for our younger children. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool very much. The ones who could walk the block to the beach did so with no problem. Fortunately, you were allowed to drive on the beach and we did so , carrying the chairs, etc you provided and had a great time at the beach too. The home was well stocked with paper products, tv’s in all the rooms and all necessary things to use to cook in the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful home and a fun week for our family!

Great for a large family.

House was in a good location. Short walk to the beach. House was not very clean. Surface level it looked okay. However, when I let my 11month old down to crawl, her hand and knees were filthy after being on the floor for 2 minutes. Carpets were very dirty.We didn’t have a working vacuum. We were told when they came to remove the carpet, that they would return a working vacuum. They did not. They returned a broom. Bugs were found under the carpets. When I called, property managers were responsive but not very responsive to emails/messages. Pool was very cloudy after day 3. It didn’t seem like pumps were working properly. Told that someone would be there within the next day or 2. They came and cleaned the pool and it seemed to work better for a couple of hours then the pool never really went back to looking clean. Overall, the stay was okay. Nice house but could have been cleaned much better. The description online is accurate.

The house was in a great location, close to the beach, well stocked, super clean, and the property management company was fantastic. Our grill died mid-week and we had a brand new one in less than 15 hours. The only complaint was that a couple of mattresses were old and needed to be replaced in two of the upstairs bedrooms.

Great property and pool!! Well designed and plenty of space. Just a note....there are no king beds...all queens, except bunks that are singles. 2 Stories...4 bedrooms up and 2 down....bathroom for each room was really nice! Also two washers and dryers one on each floor. Tikibar outside with full fridge was awesome! Great time!

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and the pool was really enjoyable. No problems that required fixing during our stay. Enjoyable vacation.

Overall, we had a wonderful time celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for our seven adults, a great location, close to the beach, and quick access to shopping and to downtown, St. Augustine and all of the sites. However, the place was dirty. The windows looked like they have never seen soap. There was still a bunch of "sperm shaped" confetti on the floor and pool area from what we can only assume was a baby shower party before us. The dishes, even the ones that may have been in the dishwasher before our arrival, had dirty looking water stains. The grill and the inside of the toaster were filthy, and we had nothing to clean them with. But the coffee maker and microwave were fine. We washed everything before and after using. The baths and linens seemed to be clean and freshly washed. But my feet remained black from walking on the floors inside the entire week. We couldn't put anything on the dining table without it sticking, even after washing it multiple times. I think that was from the cleaners they used, but it made it feel yucky. Overall, we had a great time, but it was because of who we were with, not where we were. If you want to be close to the beach and to St. Augustine, and you don't care so much about the cleanliness, then it is the place for you.

We loved the house. The location was perfect. We did have a few issues for the money. We were told we could check in at 3. The code didn’t work and then we were told we could not get in until 4. Not horrible but when you are in a car for 20 hours you don’t want to sit for an extra hour. The pool was filthy and the skimmer was broken but we did get some of the leaves out We couldn’t find a blow up mattress and did have to buy one , after buying garbage bags paper towels and dishwasher pods we found everything shoved in a closet on day 3 . At bed time we found many of the sheets had stains of what looked like blood on them. We also had a notice to use the make up wipes instead of towels for our faces but there were no wipes ? Other than the cleanliness of the house and knowing what we had to pay for the cleaning fee and the late check in , we felt the house was amazing The rooms were spacious, the house had plenty of room. The pool area was amazing. The location could not have been any better., I am thinking the owners do not know about the cleanliness issues and this is more of a house keeping issue. We would def stay again in hopes the bedding is replaced :-)

This property was absolutely perfect in every possible way. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all our needs, the bedrooms were comfortable and the location to the beach was perfect. The property manager was also great at communicating and helping with any questions we had.

The house was perfect for our family and friends, very spacious! We loved the pool and tiki bar. It was very close to the beach, local restaurants and easy drive to downtown.

The house was very spacious and convenient to beach and grocery as well as a short drive over bridge to old st. Augustine.

Overall it was a nice property, but it could have been cleaner. The dirt on the ceiling fans was really bad and very noticeable. Many of the beds were uncomfortable too.

House was clean, well-equipped, short walk to the beach, and heated pool. What more could you ask for?!??

My family that included 12 adults all enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in St Augustine for a family wedding on Sat. It was the perfect accommodation for us. Large enough so we could stay in one place yet close enough to St Augustine for touring and the night life. The pool was used by many and the weather was perfect. The short walk to the beach made for easy access. All in all, it was a great time. Bev

Great family gathering place for Thanksgiving week. Lots of beach time, some pool fun, great house to hang out in.

Everything was perfect except we called about the tv not working at the pool. Tech never came

We had a family get together of 16 people ranging from 1yr to 78 years old. The house and pool were very clean. It was about 10 houses (short walk) from beach access. It was a very good rental from start to finish.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The house was great size for a large family. Although we did have some maintenance issues, and didn’t like spending some of our time with a maintenance person they did respond in reasonable time. The television outside never did work and the sink at the bar didn’t either. We didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any place in the bathroom to put your personal items. It would have been nice to have some king beds since there was enough space for them. Also, by Wednesday the pool really needs attention, not just the day before the next group comes to stay. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay and the size of the house was great. It is a long walk to the beach. Need serving size bowls and better oven pans.

Our stay was amazing. The house was just what we needed for our family. Wish it had been closer to the beach but not a bad walk. Would stay here again.

Amazing kitchen, large, full of light and all necessary cooking items provided. Very clean home with lovely comfortable living room furniture. So convenient having 6 bathrooms with excellent shower facilities. The teens and young adults enjoyed the ping pong table and Tiki Bar. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of the swimming pool and the pool was very clean.
