It has kitchen that is why I was choosing.

It was very dirty place. Especially bed sheets looked not even washed. I saw many hairs in our bed. Never trust profile pictures.

The setup worked well for my small family and location was central to everywhere we went.

Initially, everything looked clean and great. After staying a while, we noticed some dishes were put away that were not completely clean, and after walking barefoot on the floors, everyone ended up with completely black feet. Fortunately Vacasa was very receptive to feedback and was eager to send someone out to make things right. The furniture and fixtures were all in good shape and worked, but you could tell things were bought as cheaply as possible, which is fine, but I felt like I was paying a premium price and expected things to be a little nicer.

The house keeper was cleaning late. We need to wait about 30 mins after the check in time. The floor was still soaking wet when we entered the room. The windows didn’t have a lock, only a piece of wood lay on the side to block the window to be opened from the outside. The other door on the bedroom side has not been locked the whole time, only the bed blocked it from getting in. We found out on the last day of our stay, so scary!!! The kitchen tools don’t look safe to use, look like cheap plastics that have not been touched for awhile.
