Would have been great to have bikes to hire in hotel. We hired outside the hotel.

We found the location nd setting wonderful. The boat used for the sunset cruise was comfortable, clean and so much fun. The staff are AMAZING!!! Always smiling and friendly, always happy to help - I can't express this more.

Prices for drinks, food, and activities are far too high for people travelling from surrounding countries. I understand one can expect higher prices, but one can't expect "locals" to pay tourist prices aimed at travelers with Dollars, Pounds and euros. Cocktail prices are ridiculous.

- I enjoyed the view of the river. It was pleasant to relax by the poolside, overlooking the Zambezi River. - Although on the slow side, staff are very friendly, always smiling.

- Waiters around the pool area are a little slow; one has to look for them when lying by the pool area. - The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. The staff that I alerted did not even offer that we change rooms. - The early morning helicopter tours, detracts from peacefully enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature at that time of day.

If i had to be picky... The AC in my room wasnt working great the first night so i had to move rooms The hotel has their own boat for sunset cruises but it pulls up right outside the hotel on the river which then blocks the view of the sunset when you are sitting next to the pool Mosquitos but they had spray in the rooms

The facilities are beautiful, the rooms comfortable, the ambience perfect and the staff friendly

The food is not 5 star, its really boring - breakfast is ok - please get some proper maple syrup - don't serve pancakes without them, otherwise breakfast good... but the rest - average 3 star buffet fare - same every day no variety - the desserts are terrible no one want 10 different types of cake!

The breakfast is terrible, same food that lacks passion from the chefs. The waitresses both from the restaurant and the pool bar are very unfriendly.

Great location right on the river, one of the few hotels and best price range for that feature. Wonderful views of a beautiful property set on the river with the pool, outside bar and outside dining. Also nice views from our balcony of the river although somewhat blocked by the trees. Everyone on the staff was top-notch and always cheerful and friendly and very eager to assist and provide service.

The hotel standards were high. I loved the sunset boat cruise. The staff were attentive and the food was great.

My husband said when he was sitting by the seats facing the river in the morning, the cleaner began cleaning up, and didn’t greet him or acknowledge his presence. My daughter, on the other hand, said every staff member she met greeted her with a smile.

I loved absolutely every aspect of this beautiful resort, from the inviting ambiance to the sheer bliss and relaxation it offered. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile effortlessly. The food was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. Very close to the Vic Falls.

Nothing, everything was perfect, but I was somewhat disappointed that we didn't even receive a card acknowledging our anniversary celebration.

It's a new establishment with great facilities, excellent staff, good food, clean and comfortable rooms, with a turndown service, and awesome views of the Zambezi. There is really nothing to fault in terms of the hotel. The sunset cruise was very enjoyable, with tasty snacks and beverages.

We were there over a weekend, and there was loud music from the bar area from 9 in the morning till the evening on Saturday and Sunday. It got a bit too much 😫. Would've been happy if it was perhaps only for a few hours late afternoon into the evening. Would've loved to lie down on the beautiful loungers, read a book, take a nap, listen to the beautiful sounds of nature and take it all in. But the atmosphere was more of a party vibe, which isn't for everyone.

The family rooms accommodate very few people which is not very ideal if one wishes to travel with family for holiday. Considering increasing the space for family travellers would be an excellent idea.
