We were in the area for a week-long family reunion in Lititz. Stayed here the entire time and it was perfect for grandparents, parents, and two young grandchildren. Nice back yard that we would have used more if it hadn’t rained so much. One car garage, so our daughter parked in a nearby public garage, which was very reasonable. House is charmingly redone With modern kitchen and baths. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This is a fully renovated carriage house and while the outside looks like a garage 😊 because it was essentially one, the inside is gorgeous. The house was spotless and very well stocked.
We used this as our home base and then spent the days visiting Amish country, Hershey, the oldest pretzel bakery, and the railroad museum. Everything was 20-30 minutes away max. I wish we'd had more time to explore.

We were blown away by this property. It was beautiful, located to so many cool shops and activities and it was very clean. The owners seemed to think of everything, the pots and pans were beautiful, bedding was so soft and cozy, soaps were good brands, and they even had books for all ages of our kids year and toys for the baby! There is a garage for parking which was perfect for loading and unloading the kiddos. The back yard and deck were a great place to hang out after a day of activities! And the kitchen was a dream to cook in! The owners also went above and beyond when we realized that we forgot a beloved stuffed animal! We are looking forward to coming back again!

This property was exactly as listed. It was well furnished and appointed. Host was very responsive. We were here to ride motorcycles so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house but while we were there we were quite comfortable. Highly recommend. Location was not important to us since we were out on the bikes most of the day(s).

This will be your home-away-from-home in Lancaster! The home is beautiful and everything (paper products, linens, etc.) is stocked except delicious things from the Central Market that you will want to buy.

Our stay at Grace House was lovely. Very clean. Attention to detail in the decor and furnishings. We appreciated the garage. The downstairs outside patio was nice in the evenings. The kitchen is functional and so pretty. We would love to stay there again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and it is decorated like a magazine but very cozy and comfortable. Jake goes above and has thought of everything you could possibly need. The garage was one of the main reasons I chose this place and it was perfect. We didn’t have to drive around looking for parking space and a short walk to central market and good restaurants. The back yard is so nice after a day of sight seeing we sat out and relaxed. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Jake is great to communicate with me about any questions I had.

The place was spacious, inviting, and cozy. We loved having a garage to park the car in too. The balcony on the roof was so much fun and we could take in all the sunshine! It was a great, clean place to stay in the heart of the city!

We wanted a house so our family could be together for our son and daughter in law's wedding. The house is awesome and Jake was very responsive. We had a great time and loved the house.

We rented this home to stay with extended family for my daughters wedding. It was perfect and better than pictured! We were so busy with the wedding we didn’t have time to relax and really enjoy the home so I want to go back to Lancaster so I can stay here again. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean and lovely were comments from our family who stayed with us. I highly recommend.

We came to Lancaster because our son was getting married in Mount Joy. The stay was incredible! The house was beautiful and so clean. We had everything we could have needed. Wonderful!!

Traveling as a family of five has its own set of challenges, but this well appointed home left nothing to be desired. One of our favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed in.
Most importantly, it is CLEAN! Not everyone has the same idea of what it means to be clean, but this home is spotless. There is an attention to detail throughout that gave us a comfortable and homey feeling right away.
The pictures are very accurate, here are some of our favorite touches: lamps in every room for low light in the evenings, cozy throw blankets for relaxing on the couch, AC system cooled both levels equally, kitchen had anything we needed, beds and linens were very comfortable, AND it comes with a charming private outdoor space in the city!
Jake made sure to let us know he was available if anything was needed, although none was required. Exceptional property with a quiet neighborhood, truly a peaceful experience all around.

The house surpassed our expectation. The big kitchen, the room arrangement and most of all the master bedroom is awesome. The cleanliness and the smell of the house made us more comfortable. We loved the balcony, and our 4-legged friend enjoyed the back yard. Amenities and other stuffs were provided. We're all satisfied.
Also, I would like to express my deepest thanks to Jake the Host of the house. He's easy to talk to! We're looking forward to staying again next year.

My husband and I and 3 other family members were in town for a wedding. All of the events were a 15 minute walk in heels and so much art, music, restaurants and even yoga took up our free time.
The hosts were very gracious, the house seems a modern renovation of something from a few hundred years ago. So comfortable, quiet doors, comfortable beds, outdoor areas perfect for catching up with the family during quiet time. Highly recommend this location!
Rachel’s Creperie is great for breakfast (they have GF crepes on request) and we got a Yellow Lilly Juisybox for the car ride home and I’m now obsessed with that juice!
