Great location - the perfect balance of near things, yet no crowds!

It wasn’t clear at first where the elevators were. Didn’t take long to find, but more detail in the email we got might have been an improvement. Also, the list of rules in the elevators mentions getting arrested way too much. I get it - folks don’t know how to behave these days, but it seems just a little excessive. Also, the rules about the lights at night (for the turtles) probably should to be on that list. And give the date range that the lights matter. Really, all-in-all not much to complain about. There are folks there that own and live there, so that tells you something. Very serene! Also, getting someone to post the launch schedule would be cool, although about half the folks in town would mention it, so not really necessary.

The view from the balcony was so relaxing. Code key pad made for easy access didn’t need extra keys. Just absolutely enjoyed our time there. Very close to everything we had on our bucket list!

Fantastic location right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Every morning, we were able to walk right onto the beach directly from the pool area of the apartment. After the beach, there are showers at the pool area to clean off sand before taking a dive in the nicely heated pool. The apartment was stocked as advertised and we purchased our own additional items for the week's stay. Two bathrooms (one with tub-shower combo, and the other with just a shower). Plenty of towels and lots of pool and beach toys to use. There were even some beach chairs available. We were able to view two nighttime rocket launches right on the boardwalk leading to the beach at the pool area. This was fantastic for the 200 AM launch!

This apartment was advertised as a King Size bed, which it was NOT. This is a Queen Bed in the main bedroom (and the two twins in the other room). The sofa also converts into a bed (which we did not try.) The tile floors of the apartment had a film from the cleaning agent used. This needed to be wiped down because it was sticky to walk on.
