Not sure why the chairs at the beach were $50 to rent for the day. It said reduced costs for quests and we paid only 30 on the public beach for better chairs and umbrella. The resort should provide chairs and not at crazy prices. The rooms are at the back of the condos and the morning staff talk so loud in the morning right by the windows. I was woken up several times by loud conversations. They should be mindful that quests are sleeping behind the windows and not start yelling at one another.

i really enjoyed the obvious value the property placed on clean. our room was exceptionally clean-the bedding, the bathroom, the floors, etc. and my pillows were firm, soft and comfortable!

i did not like the lack of technology. who uses an actual real key to open the door ti our room? and not only that but it was weird to return the key to the office before u leave. also, late checkouts are NOT allowed. in fact, u have to leave at 10am instead of the normal 11am. its an adjustment from a normal hotel to a ‘resort’.

Check in process was easy and front desk people were nice. Room was clean.

Bathroom mirror was not usable, too short. Shower head was not effective and partially clogged. Walls were thin and we could hear everything from the room next door and on the throughway.

Asked for assistance with connecting fire stick to tv and asked for new 3 way lite bulb, only one 'setting' worked, lamp on dresser. The front desk staff on at around 10 pm on the Friday night of our stay seemed uneducated on what tools/resources are available to them. They advised and sent the nite sec guard to assist with my tv issue. I would think, my opinion, My Opinion, common sense would tell you security is not IT. Sometimes it sucks, you just can't help, you just need to own it. FYI, resolution, I needed, for some reason, to plug/unplug/plug in connecting cord into hdmi input before tv finally read fire stick. In reference to the lite bulb, I worked overnight at a hotel, no where near as nice as your resort, I worked the overnight at a hotel and I had a key to the storage that had bulbs AND, I would keep 5-6 bulbs behind the front desk so I didn't have to leave to get a bulb.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Melissa went over and above expectations to upgrade my reservation.

pet friendly would be nice

Checkin was easy and quick. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool with Kikis snack bar was awesome. Beach walks were spectacular. Excellent trip altogether.

We stay here because it has been good each time. I have no complaints and plan to come back.

Smells of bug spray and some of the furniture was much too old two drops of blood on the floor and shower. Ugh
