The premises was generally of a higher grade than expected. Nice quiet road except the car was divebombed by birds. A 'welcome' no one could have predicted

The stairs leading up were a slight obstacle. I don't remember anything mentioned about 'stairs' at the time of the booking. It might be an issue to some potential renters.

Good location, quiet road, easy parking. Comfortable self contained upstairs flat with plenty of natural light. Short walk to bustop, regular buses to Dundee, short walk to firth coast, shops, cafes and restuarants. Broughty Ferry Castle is free to visit and very interesting

All very high standard equipment, a couple of minor things, perhaps a couple of saucepans could do with replacing as non stick sseems to be coming off, perhaps an other lamp in living room

Great location with plenty of street parking. Lovely neighbourhood and very quiet. Clean and comfortable accommodation with a great shower!!

We had to book for a minimum number of nights, and when I asked to change it, I would of needed to cancel the whole booking and rebook. It would of been preferable if the host could adapt original booking. Although this is possible a Booking.com condition not the hosts.

This spacious and elegant apartment is upstairs and set back from a quiet, prosperous street where I never had any trouble parking my car right outside. Everything was really comfortable, with all the facilities one could wish. The kitchen, in particular, was the biggest, best-equipped and easiest to use that I have come across in many self-catering trips. There was plenty of storage space, even in the bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. Allan had left clear hints and tips about things which were really helpful, such as the fact that the otherwise excellent shower does take a full two or three minutes to run warm, so one does have to be patient. As the weather wasn't great at times, I was grateful for the smart TV, on which I was able to watch all my usual channels, and the WiFi worked well throughout my week's stay. The flat is 20 minutes' walk from Broughty Ferry Castle, but the walkway along the shore is only about 5 minutes away. This apartment, above all, offers exceptional value for money. I stayed in a similar sized apartment in Broughty Ferry last New Year, admittedly nearer the shops and seashore, but paid a third more for one night less. This property is advertised as "Lovely property in Central Broughty Ferry" and, for once, one should believe the hype.

Nothing, though I should perhaps point out I didn't use the log-burner or second bedroom.

Quiet and short walking distance to the centre of Broughty ferry. Was staying here as I had recently sold my property and currently looking for another in the same area. Needed a minimum of two bedrooms for my daughter who is at school in the area. Very clean, comfortable and Grove Road has always been a quiet street.
