We loved our stay at the Greenway Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed. It was peaceful, and the short walking distance to town was fantastic. To be able to walk less than a half mile to good pizza/pasta, a brewery, a massage, and yoga was fabulous! Sitting and watching the leaves fall from the deck was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend!

Greenway Cottage is a great property, in an excellent location for those wanting to be centrally located in the Black Mtn./Swannanoa area. There is the obvious easy access to everything else not necessary to mention here. The cottage is welcoming and was generally clean. The kitchen cabinetry and drawers could use attention. The appearance of the lawn and exterior seemed indicative of the change in seasons and apparent slow down in care. Overall, the cottage is an excellent value and we would consider a future stay.

Nice house with peaceful back deck. Short walk to all the great restaurants in Black Mountain. Very clean. Will be back.

Great location. Close to downtown and Montreat college. We loved the walking trail behind the house and closeness to downtown. The house had everything needed for a 4 day stay.

It was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. They had everything you need. If you are a tea drinker they had an awesome assortment. Great place that is close to Asheville and the surrounding area.

The house is located walkable to town. A creek that is just beyond the main yard located in a small park was perfect for the kids to play and enjoy.

This house is in a great location, within easy walking distance of downtown Black Mountain and an easy drive into Montreat, Asheville and the Parkway. The house was well stocked with towels and comfy bedding and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals. It was mostly clean but we did notice dog hairs and a bit of a musty smell in the living area. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The lighting throughout the living area and kitchen could be better: harsh overhead lighting and sparse table lamps. But overall a very nice stay.

This was a great location easy walking distance to the center of town. We only drove when the little ones legs were wearing out, but she loved being able to walk everywhere. It’s an older house so it’s got some quirks, but it’s well kept and the shower has amazing details.

This was our first time in Black Mountain and we had a wonderful time! The house was so close to downtown and had everything we needed!

We spent a a long wkd there and it was perfect! Price is great for the location and amenities. Hosts worried about the keypad and even sent us a video on how to use, but we had no issues with it. Perfect house for pets, too - perfect spot for their crates right inside the door. Beds were super comfy and the dogs enjoyed the huge backyard. Great views. Due to the weather we didn't get to spent much time on the cozy back deck but it was lovely and peaceful. 5 stars!

The house is very convenient to downtown and has beautiful mountain and creek views. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay, but property management was prompt to respond and take care of it.

We booked this property within 2 days of arriving because another cabin we had rented for the week was subpar to say the least. 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 cars, 2 dogs looking for a place close to town was a tall order with such short notice, but this property and the management company delivered!!! Quaint little house, clean, and well stocked. We were so happy to stay within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. Our son had his birthday and we walked up to Hey Hey Cupcake across from the Hardware shop and selected a dozen different cupcakes baked fresh to share with family at Veterans Park, where we could walk the dogs and play frisbee golf. Great visit all around with such a cute home to call base. Communication with management was excellent! Would definitely recommend.
