Great home and awesome owner

We absolutely loved our stay on this property! Extended family meet up. We parked in the driveway Friday and didn’t leave the house until Sunday! Pool, jacuzzi, fishing and lots of room to lounge and hang out.

My kids and I went to Jacksonville to visit friends. This house was the perfect spot for a getaway! The heated pool was perfect to let the kids play in and while I relaxed in the hot tub. We used the bonfire one night to make s’mores and we enjoyed watching the turtles and frogs out in the pond from the swing. The beds were comfortable and all bedrooms had a tv. The showers were large and spacious. I appreciated the coffee bar area and all of the seating in the living room. Hosts were very responsive.

This was our first VRBO and I’m not sure we would do another. From the roach found upon arrival, basketball game in the garage breaks every time you shoot a hoop, rice cooker with bugs crawling out of it with molded rice on the counter, and a freezing pool I can’t give this place 5 stars. We rented with the expectation the pool would be warm and ready to swim. Only to be sent a message the pool heater is set at 80 and cycles. The pool temperature was 75. The pool heater wasn’t even on and it wasn’t warm enough to swim until our last day at the residence. There wasn’t any mixing/serving bowls so cooking for 9 with the limited stuff provided was impossible. Host was very responsive but the cleaning crew never actually came to take care of the issues. Someone sprayed for the bugs but they’re still there. The pool was supposed to be crystal clear but it was dirty too. Filled with debris and bugs when we arrived. To parents with small children, this house backs up to a pond and the pool is right out the back door. The yard fence is not fully fenced. There are stairs straight to the pond. Back door lock needs replacing and there is no pool fence or alarm for the pool. We’ve suggested these layers of protection post stay. I do hope the home owner realizes it takes more than supervision to prevent drowning.

The property management team was wonderful, they accommodated our schedule and even swapped cleaning schedules so we could arrive one day early. The house had what we needed, we will rebook as we travel to the Jacksonville area quite often.

What an amazing vacation. The pool was warm the back yard was an oasis. I WOULD LOVE TO RENT IT AGAIN! I LOVED EVERY SECOND. THE OWNER IS AMAZING AND IS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED. I WAS LOST HE HELPED ME. I WANT TO GO BACK ASAP!

I was needing something last minute for me and some of my family members that would be flying in on different days. Unfortunately our trip was for a sudden death in the family so time was not something that was on our side and the stress of the situation made planning tough. Thankfully we were accomodated right away and this management company was beyond compassionate and always available to answer any of our needs, which were nothing major (needing to add more days or ask generic question). When we do return for a much happier visit we will definitely use this management company again and hopefully this same home. Absolutely comfortable beds, beautifully kept inside and out, views were great! Quiet neighborhood. Close to just about anything you'd need to get to. If I could give 10 stars I would!
