Our family really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was a breeze and there was free parking. The apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and comfortable. We ate in a couple nights and the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the balcony, which had beautiful views of the beach and marina. We also made use of the many amenities—the pool, hot tub, and gym. The location also couldn’t be beat. We could easily walk to restaurants and the Venice Beach bike path was nearby. We would definitely love to stay here again someday.

I was traveling with my husband and 17 year old son. This condo was perfect for us. It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos!
It was CLEAN, SAFE, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, TERRIFIC VIEWS, QUIET, MODERN, GREAT LOCATION for all our excursions - Universal, Santa Monica Pier, SoFi Stadium.
The amenities were outstanding - gorgeous pool area, washer and dryer in the unit, safe parking garage, close to many restaurants.
Communication with the host/management was friendly and timely, check in and out was easy.
I confidently recommend this unit, and would 100% stay here again next time we're in the LA area.

Disappointing! The condo was not clean, dusty, dog hair on furniture, cob webs, freezer, expresso machine didn't' work. After complaining, they sent a cleaning crew in next day. Towels didn't smell fresh so I had to wash them. After each complaint they offered to send someone in however, who wants service people when vacationing. Across the condo is a playground with many screaming children having fun. So if you want quiet, this is not the area. We thought we would need late ck out due to flight being cancelled, however, we were able to get on an earlier flight and now they want to charge us $80 for late ck out. There are so many buildings and units, please do your research before booking. It was advertised as enhanced cleaning which it was not. My contact went silent after I sent him this review so I have to assume they know it wasn't right.

We came here for my 40th birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay at. We brought our 3 teenagers ages 13, 15, and 17 and all had plenty of space to stretch out. The location was close to everything (beaches, restaurants, cheesecake factory is walking distance across the street). Pool was in the building and very easy to access. Perfect view of the marina (we watched boat races one day from the patio). Natalie was super responsive and check in and out was seemless. We hope to spend more vacations here. :) Highly recommended!
