Very VERY limited parking

Ok hotel but to be honest i don't know what happened with prices as they just don't match what you get. Hotel feels new but is already showing wear down and is is in old area with a not so pleasant view for 220 EU/night for a family room. The distance to the centre is not bad but taxi for example can not take you to the door entrance if you have a lot of luggage and hotel stuff does not offer any service for luggage either. The restaurant and food were good so that was a plus. The thing that striked me that people are not smiling. They have general attitude "if you don't like it,go somewhere else" which is sad to experience.

Absolutely loved the hotel, but there were very few places to eat unless you walked to the old town which was about quite a walk. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful, though, and we wished we had eaten all our meals there. Beautiful hotel and restaurant.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff, especially Natalie, were incredibly helpful. I ran into a significant issue with my rental car from Alamo and couldn’t get through to them from my phone. Natalie went above and beyond, making numerous calls to get the problem sorted and arrange a replacement. Although my short stay in Zadar was somewhat disrupted, her efforts allowed me to continue my trip with minimal further delay. The breakfast provided was very good, and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was finding parking at the back of the property, which wasn’t straightforward, but I understand that navigating parking can be part of the travel experience. Natalie’s exceptional assistance made a big difference, and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Yes - this hotel is surrounded by run down apartments and parking is tricky (but free) but it’s a short walk to the waterfront and old town and we never felt unsafe walking. The location is great. The basic rooms are extremely tiny so there is only enough space to walk around the bed and opening 2 large suitcases is tight at the foot of the bed. The 2 twin mattresses are pushed together and are very firm. There is basically no counter space for toiletries but some space above the toilet on the other side of the bathroom. It was clean and quiet with blackout blinds and curtains. There is no mini fridge or coffee/tea maker in the standard room. What we loved about this hotel was the outstanding breakfast with a very large variety of healthy options and literally everything you could imagine wanting to eat.. The only complaint is the coffee is terrible. The staff were also extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. I would recommend staying in an apartment room type option if you want decent space and coffee/tea maker and mini fridge.

Hotel was convenient to old town and easy access to/from the airport. Staff were great, breakfast and dinner dining were first class.

This hotel was awesome! The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The Bar and Restaurant had a great atmosphere and selection. The included breakfast was off the chain. Loved this hotel. Highly recommend it!

From the outside we weren’t sure of the entrance. Not organized or clean. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Hidden gem. Needs to have more stars than it does. Entrance is literally hidden at the end of an alley. The rest is unbelievably good. From the staff to the restaurant, the beds, the shower, the rooms, the breakfast buffet. All of it. Great hotel.

Just 10 minutes from the old town, brand new hotel, nice restaurant, good food, great staff.

The best restaurant in Zadar. Very clean rooms and nicely designed hotell; and great professional and kind employees from breakfast buffet to dinner. We are coming back!

Oh man, I forgot his name, but the gentlemen who helped us check in was noticeably helpful and friendly to three tired travelers. Also, your breakfast buffet was quite impressive and good. Almost too big of a selection. We were used to just marmalade and bread with coffee and it was surprising to be able to start our day with that buffet. Thank you.

Rented this room for our daughter after a terrible night in another location. They had nothing but good things to say about the hotel and amenities. Very pleased with the free breakfast and selection.

a very very god days for us. absolutly excellent service to us in the reception and the resturang. your breakfest is 10 of 10. we only missed one thing, pool. but we now before that you dont have a pool

The property was spectacular and the room was in pristine condition. However? The neighbourhood around the property is not ideal.

Amazing except the parking lot

It was OK. We checked in spontaneously for one night. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are OK. Just a bit noisy. Please check the hygiene of the bathroom utensils. Thank you.

Lovely modern newish hotel not far from the Old Town with an excellent buffet breakfast and great customer service from all the hotel staff. Rooms were nicely decorated, although our twin room was a tad small. Some supermarkets were nearby, otherwise not much to do there.

Lovely staff. Nice restaurant. Air conditioner was a lifesaver.
