The host was really nice and actually let me stay for an extra day since my flight was canceled. Will definitely stay here again

Property in peaceful area and near by White Rock

Shared living with very limited privacy. Insufficient resources. Beautiful nature trails near the backyard.

My stay was for only one night, as I was driving to Seattle the following day. A very nice home with very welcoming hosts. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The residential area is very quiet. The price was also great. Parking was no problem on the driveway.

It was not like that we expected, firstly its not a hotel it’s a house. Secondly you have to share washroom with other persons.Kitchen was so dirty & there was so much noice from people living in next room.You get 1 small towel no other amenities, First night we stayed in one room then next day owner asked us to change room. That thing was very terrible we have to move our all stuff in another room

We felt the property description was misleading. It led us to believe we would have our own bathroom when in fact we had to share with another room. We were provided one bath towel each but no washcloths or hand towels and there weren’t any in the bathroom. There was also no top sheet on the bed, only a comforter

Price was great, owner was very easy to deal with, and friendly.

I have travelled extensively, and on occassion stayed at Bed & Breakfasts. Ocean Park was like a dorm. Bathroom down the hall. Address confusing, GPS could not locate it. Cross street needs to be referenced. (128 St. & 122). Room was a students. No amenities such as a towel for shower. Had to buy one. No bottle of water or tea or coffee in basic kitchen in common area. Bedding smelled of Body odour. Put towel on bed. Over priced for a hostel experience. This is not a B&B, but is student housing. Family residence, bathroom, bedroom cupboard, full of personal items. WiFi, would not connect, so had to use Data for emails. Host was pleasant. Fine for students at lower costs.

I've booked the wrong month but the owner was able to provide a room without any additional charges. That was a welcome relief as I was already traveling. The B&B was located in a well to do neighborhood where we felt safe without worries that someone would break into our car and allowing us to sleep worry free. The guest were generally well to do people and picked up after themselves. The B&B would be like not taking a vacation as the amenities are similar to our own home.

It was easy check in.

Clean and quiet. Attentive innkeepers. Good location. Highly recommended. I would stay again when returning to Surrey.

It’s a nice property to stay in very quite and near to beach.

This B&B was horrible beyond measure. Upon arrival we were shown to the partially converted garage out back. We were not given a key nor a door code, there were dirty rags hanging in the kitchen area and in the washroom, there was no bedding on one of the beds, and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The pictures this B&B has on the website was not the reality of what we were provided to stay in. It was bad enough that we stayed elsewhere that night.

The Wi-Fi was excellent.

Property was fine - very basic, but good for the price. A bit noisy - the walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations in the next room. When is check-out? Website says 10am, print-out in room says noon, staff said 11am. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room and a bathmat for the shower. All in all, great location and very friendly staff.

One thing other guests should know is that the kitchen and bathroom are SHARED with other guests. This wasn't a problem for me but it was definitely a surprise. There is also no breakfast, so don't get fooled by the second B in the name. This place is affordable, and was perfect for my needs as a quiet place to escape to, though definitely resembles a hostel more than a B&B.

Me and my boyfriend stayed a night at this b&b we had a lot of disappointment. The staff was loud all night, they made it seem like this was only a house for yo well intact is was for multiple guests at a time. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the place. They told us to park in the back and got other people to park in front for an inconvenient time to leave. The room we stayed in was full of children's toys and the door to the closet was about to fall off. I do not recommend this place to anyone with children or even if you are traveling alone for the price of $102 we basically stayed in someone's house where they are constantly living.

When I arrived there, there was no sign where we should go. Room was not private and clean. Looks like it was kids room there closet was full of clothes. Curtain was not proper installed. Washroom have no proper soaps and as clean. Towel service terrible, not in good condition and quality. Personally not good place for family.

Room is clean, but few furniture.

I really liked it, it was better than actual hotels in the GVA, I stayed in riviera hotel downtown just before coming to white rock and they didn’t even have hot water. Was very comfortable, was out late until 4am working and then I slept like a baby in their compfy, I was super quite but still no one complained Thank you so much, very peaceful neighborhood and even a more peaceful family
