Прекрасные интерьеры, размер номера, кровать - все это очень здорово. Дружелюбие персонала, внимательность и готовность помочь выше всяких ожиданий. Спа-центр приятнейший, особенно семейная секция - там супер спокойная атмосфера

Я забронировала номер с видом на центр Гейдара Алиева (чудесное здание Захи Хадид) - из-за него, собственно, и выбрала этот отель, расположенный далеко от старого города. А поселили меня в номере с видом на дорожную развязку, так как "booking.com передал именно такую информацию о бронировании" (согласно словам сотрудницы отеля Рены). Это было более чем обидно и испортило отпуск.

Actually and honestly, every single employee was very welcoming and open to suggestions and questions….. everything is 1M/10 . Laundry was so fast and i got it ironed as well . We got complemantry fruites and nuts , marshmallows for our kids . It was super clean, amazing view . The foooooooood the fooood is amazing and reasonable prices for a lexurry hotel . My kids loved their food a lot also they have cooking activity for kids ( big thanks to our amazing (cheif Vugar ) and ( anstasia ) the one that took care of us during our stay

We had an amazing experience at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Baku. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. Zaur Nabiev from the night shift reception was extremely helpful during the time. He provided me tremendous assistances and have prompt responses to my questions, which ensures the 3-night stay for us were cozy and memorable. Thank you again, Zaur! The room was comfortable and spacious with an excellent view over the Zaha Hadid landmark. We enjoyed the huge bathroom and free standing bath. The toiletries provided in the bathroom smell delicious, as well as the common areas scent. The hotel amenities are fantastic, especially the Blind Tiger Bar and fitness center. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Hotel Baku to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
