As stated in the property listing the street noise and car traffic in the evening is very loud and disturbing.

The apartment was well kept and had all of the necessities. It was close to downtown and within walking distance of Main Street. The only negative was that it was quite noisy at night with people constantly driving by revving their engines and people walking by outside. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

We enjoyed our visit. The property is on the outside perimeter of downtown Greenville but still convenient enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go. It is on a louder, busier street than we expected, but that didn’t prevent us from enjoying our visit.

Stayed here for a sister's weekend. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and nicely appointed kitchen. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful visit to Greenville makes our 3rd trip we love it!!! The apartment was very nice but NOISY !! Will. Not stay in this location again !! Also the steps were very hard for us !! But overall a great trip !!

This is a wonderfully updated apartment with fun features. They have a giant bean bag to lay on and super comfy beds! The only downside is one thing that can’t really be controlled is the noise from downtown area. They have a white noise machine but sometimes the noise from downtown just can’t be controlled. It is truly a great location with walking distance to everywhere downtown!

The place is an a GREAT location. Parking is easy and inexpensive in the near by garage. So convenient to walk to all the shopping and dining in the area. Home was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to messages. As other reviewers had mentioned, it is loud from the road noise. But that did not bother us. We would stay here again.

Great property and great location! Just a block from Main St and all the shopping and street events. Given that, remember that you are in fact staying downtown in a vibrant city. You will hear the consequences of this later in the evenings than you may be used to. The trade off is absolutely worth it though. Walking distance to everything and a real sense of feeling the city. The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need and the appliances are modern and easy to use. The bean bag chair in the living area is amazingly comfortable! This is definitely a 5 star property. A couple of misses and changes needed to be addressed, however. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. Small issue, but should be there. Also on the subject of bathrooms. The listing says "2 full baths" .. it is not. It's 1 1/2 baths. Only one shower/bath in the apartment. Finally a small change .. the directions listed Ayers Leather below the property; it is actually across the street now. Excellent place to stay and we'd definitely stay again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Was great location and modern apartment. Had some housekeeping issues but place itself was perfect for our visit.

Property was very nice and clean, great location and made it very easy to see Greenville on foot!

The condo is a great layout in the heart of Greenville. Conveniently located but if city street lights/noise bother you, bring ear plugs & an eye mask. We read prior reviews so we were prepared. The unit is nice and looks just like pictures. It does need better cleaning and upgraded blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Overall we loved our stay.

You cannot find a better location for a Greenville trip. It was a terrific base. It was fun staying here. As some of the other reviews point out, the noise level is high at night (due to great location). Beds could be better, but you cannot beat the location and relaxing feel of this VRBO.

The condo was very clean and within walking distance of everything! We went to a local show, “Guys and Dolls”, and the first session of March Madness. We also drove to the mountains and hiked Table Top and Paris Mountain. I would definitely stay here again!

The rental was well appointed and very clean. Property managers are very responsive and the location was fantastic to everything downtown.

Wonderful location next to all the action downtown. It does tend to be on the load side if your not used to living downtown but we expected that. Excellent communication on the house itself easy parking right behind apartment. Nice clean and rustic. We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. You can't really get closer to downtown.

Booked this property for a girl’s getaway for a 40th birthday celebration. Great, convenient downtown location, but be advised it is definitely noisy; lots of traffic and people noise late at night. The only complaints we really had for this property was lack of necessities; no extra toilet paper, no extra trash bags, no wine glasses in the kitchen; and had to ask for more bath towels and hand towels (which were delivered quickly!). The biggest change this property could benefit from is blackout curtains in the bedrooms, it is VERY bright all night long from the street lights outside the property and once the sun is up, there is no use trying to sleep in. Beds were comfortable, space was great, but the bedrooms being so bright was definitely our biggest complaint.

Great place and most everything you need to stay there, live, and cook is provided. Very clean. Excellent layout. Great showers. Soft sheets. Plenty of towels. Mattresses aren't the most comfortable, but passable. Frankly, my only complaint is just the street noise. I am sure the holiday traffic increased noise level, but North St is a major thoroughfare for city traffic.

We loved the property and location. It was clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. My only issue was the confusion when communicating via email. I wasn’t clear on who was the owner vs property manager. That probably needs to be more clearly communicated. Other than that it was wonderful. Thank you!

Its always nice to come in to whole bean coffee! Not only that, but also everything you need to take a shower and everything needed to wash clothes. They truly go out of their way to make things hospitable for their guests. It was such a fun stay for our girls, 2 and 5. We loved the ability to walk everywhere we wanted to go or Door Dash a meal! We will come back!

A fantastic location in Downtown Greenville!!! A very spacious apartment with 1 1/2 baths and very comfortable. Wrap around shuttered windows…… high ceilings, and beautiful brick walls. There was some street noise to contend with but this typically resolved in the evening. Main Street was only a block away. Very well maintained property and Love Rentals was fantastic to work with.
