A/C issue. Poor seating. No chairs. Great pool, grill and outdoor dining.

Perfect spot for 7 women for a wine trip. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable and the property was beautiful in a convenient area. A few things we found ourselves needing were: full length mirrors (there is not 1 in the house), a pizza cutter, and better quality knives as they were extremely hard to cut with and we cooked a majority of our meals. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others. Thanks!

Home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Each couple had their own space. Common areas including pool and outdoor space were amazing. Would highly recommend.

We had the best time celebrating my mom's 80th Birthday. Our group was 5 adults and 4 kids ages 6-16 and this house was spacious enough that everyone had privacy. We cooked and it was so
nice to have a well stocked kitchen with every item you could imagine as well as toys, games, pool toys.
The pool and outdoor space were just perfect. It was hard to leave and we hope to be back again!

Our group of 8 adults had a wonderful stay. The backyard was incredible with the swimming pool, grilling area, large table, and fire pit...and then there's the beautiful view of the vineyards and sunset. The layout of the house was perfect with a big living room and the outdoor space, and privacy when needed with the rooms spread out. Super well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking and dining. Convenient location, house is super clean, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoors with an abundance of flowers this time of the year. James and Nicole were helpful and communicative. Can't wait to return and stay longer!

The house is in Kenwood, which was a perfect location for our group (4 couples), as we spent time in Healdsburg down to the town of Sonoma - so great central location. The house itself has 4 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom. Beautiful yard for outdoor events . Heated pool, etc. House really has it all. Would love to get back sooner than later.

James & Nicole are excellent hosts - attentive and responsive. The entire process was so easy!
The indoor spaces were extremely accommodating for our group of 7 (2 couples and 3 singles). The perfect balance of separation and large gathering options.
The outdoor spaces were equally wonderful for morning coffee, afternoon happy hours, lawn games, and a dip in the pool./hot tub. The backyard views of the vineyard and hillsides were the perfect backdrop, especially for sunsets.
We highly recommend Landon Schoenefeld, Oak & Acorn, who treated us to an exceptional 7-course private chef dinner, plus Charcuterie for another evening.

James and Nicole were fantastic hosts and my group had an amazing and relaxing stay. They were highly communicative through the entire process and extremely flexible. The house was a perfect stay and in a central location to many of the top vineyards in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and I will surely be back soon.

Despite the torrential rain during our stay, we had a wonderful getaway at this property. The house is just as spacious, light-filled, and well-appointed as it appears in the pictures, and the view from the back yard is even better. We enjoyed the spa and swimming in the heated pool even in the winter rain. Hosts were very responsive to questions and quick to resolve any issues.

This was a perfect house for 4 couples. Property is fantastic-great views, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great house inside and out. We also had a great night in with a personal chef and sommelier. If you can book Melinda Hawks you will not be disappointed! Would definitely stay here again! Wish had a little more then 3 nights to enjoy the property!

The house was stunning! Perfect location. Kitchen was very well equipped with spices, cookware, etc. Beds were comfy. Outside area was a dream! James and Nicole were wonderful. Highly recommend!

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. We celebrated a 40th Birthday with a private chef dinner and cocktails by the pool. The house has a great layout. Location is incredible - walking distance to everything in Kenwood, super close to Glen Ellen, and not a far drive to Santa Rosa. Neighborhood street is quiet and secluded with a vineyard behind and sunset view over the hill. Property manger is very helpful and responsive. Would recommend this house to anyone and will be back in the future!

Well-appointed house, with beautiful landscaping, great layout, and nice furnishings. The pictures don't do it justice - we were so happy to spend time at this beautiful property. Our entire family group of 10 was able to spend time together and have their own spaces as well. The property manager was available by text during our whole stay to answer questions and facilitate working the pool, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and well-located. We can't wait to return to the area and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful house and wonderful hosts. The house is perfect for four couples. Lots of living spaces. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Everything was as advertised and more. The hosts made check in and check out easy. They checked in on us to make sure we were OK. Just the right amount of communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Four couples - old friends - met for get together. Every couple had a king bed and their own bath. Great location close to good restaurants and wineries. The house itself is a good destination with large propert, quiet, secluded, v nice landscaping, pool and decks. We’ll be back

We had the best 3 nights here, house was modern and beautiful with all the things needed for a perfect stay.
The kitchen and bbq made cooking a delight and the house is big so everyone got there on space for our stay.
The pool, hot tub and garden are so nice too, amazing for a day by the pool.
James was great with very good communication.

We had a delightful time with our family to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house is located in the heart of Kenwood near wineries. The interior was beautifully appointed and large enough to accommodate our group (accurate to pictures and everyone had their own bathroom). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and a full spice rack. Good flow from the indoor space to the backyard - we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The host was quick to address any questions. Would love to stay here again.
