Heel aardig personeel en schone, frisse kamer!

De omgeving is wat lawaaierig qua verkeer, maar met oordoppen en een lekker bed een goede nachtrust gehad!

Incredible views to the Clock tower and the sea, such a nice boutique hotel. The room is very clean, comfy bed, good smell of the bed linen. Merci!!!!!!!!

We had 2 rooms. In one room the bathroom was flooded, we alerted at 11 am, nothing happened, even worse during the night. Additionally, in this last night in our room the air condition did not functioned at all. In the second room the air condition did not functioned neither, one bulb could not be switch off, the rest was not functioning at all (no lights during night). My son called the manager, he was saying is not possible to do anything till morning. Tried to call myself afterwards, he switched off his phone. We need to look at 2 am for another hotel. We left the hotel at 3 am going to another hotel, 20 minutes with taxi. In the next morning he was willing to refund only one room, I sent a video recording of horrible flooding of our bathroom. I refused booking.com to be refunded just one room. Just after I wrote him that we have video records of both rooms he was willing to refund both rooms. We still waiting to be reimbursed, nothing happened till now.

The location was great. Upon check-in we received a complimentary bottle of wine and freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch.

The place is too old and worn, old furniture. The useful spaces for 2 people traveling with luggage are limited. Cleanliness should be improved. The room was rather noisy and since the blackout curtains were not fitting, there was light coming in at all hours form the street. The bed was tiny.

The owner is super Friendly and very laid back. Location is awesome. The breakfast concept is fun.

Pricey for what you get. The building is pretty run down and bring ear plugs! It's very noisy at night, but that is normal for central Jaffa
