Laminate floor too noisy, intercom didn’t work, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the check out was too early and I didn’t like being in the 3rd floor

No me gusto nada más. Es incómodo por las escaleras, muy pequeño, la cama era un caña nido de niños cuando lo reservamos para dos personas, no funcionaba el grifo de la cocina del cuarto, una mesa de estudio en medio de la habitación…

Very private with access to communal areas if needed. Such close access to the Springfield Park was lovely and totally unexpected. Communication from management was very good!

Didn't realise it was quite a distance to main shopping areas. Some work could be done on the front garden so that we could sit outside

be careful guys! the description and pictures of the “flat” are quite misleading. this is more a room with bigger areas to be shared with other guests. the apartment they gave me was actually on the basement floor (not mentioned anywhere) and calling a”terrace” a little table literally surrounded by three walls just below the rubbish area is quite ironic. all the basement floor was quite smelly and our “room” too. microscopic sink in the toilet. the big kitchen that you see in the pictures, the living area, the washing machine etc are all in a common area and it’s not mentioned in the description. the rubbish outdoor the entrance gate is quite embarrassing and super smelly too. it seems that nobody is taking care of it at all. cherry on the cake: very noisy and not super polite guests as well.

The building and the apartment were decorated to a very high standard. It was very clean. I loved the well thought out decor, finishing touches and furnishings. It has given me some fantastic inspirational ideas to redecorate my home. The use of space was also well thought through. I also loved the view from my room as It overlooked the park which gave me a real sense of peace and calmness, which I needed. The location was also within easy reach of transport and shops. The manager too was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating when I had a sudden emergency arise and he liaised with me regularly to help me in relation to my stay.

It was slightly noisy at night as other residents came in late and were talking a bit loud which made it difficult to switch off and try to sleep. The doors also kept banging when people left their rooms due to being fire doors. Although I loved the kitchens, they could have done with having tea towels and oven gloves. But overall I loved the accommodation. Sadly my break was cut short due to a sudden family emergency, so I didn't get the needed rest I had hoped for. But I would definitely come back again.

The studio unit was tidy and had all the necessities for our over night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I like the location and I like the big windows in the room. I also liked the fridge and tea kettle in the mini-kitchenette of the room. I appreciate how responsive the property manager was to my requests and any questions I had. I felt taken care of. 

I liked the back garden, but I feel like it could’ve used more upkeep for a better, more pleasant experience to sit in the garden.
