Shower was quite cramped / no shelves for personal items.

Location was great - just off Courtney Place, but zero noise from the bars, even on a Saturday night. Amazing! Comfy king size bed. Beautiful bathroom. And breakfast was a great bonus!

Only small thing is there is no car parking with the hotel, so you have to take your luck at the public carparks nearby.

There was no parking but this wasn’t a biggy. We could park from 8pm-8am outside the front of the hotel.

Fantastic Location, facilities were just what we needed. Nice simple breakfast. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

Beds were comfy, location was excellent!

There was some noise coming from outside and corridor to the room, but not too much luckily. Everything else was working well I think. Breakfast was pretty basic but the coffee was good.

At 0730am someone decided to ( i can only describe ) throw a hard plastic box around a empty space for half an hour thus giving me an unwanted early morning call

What a beautiful boutique hotel! Room had a lovely moodiness and colour palette that was warm and inviting and with the beautiful curtains pulled and the lights on I had no idea there was an electric blind hiding the window! The decor of the whole place is exceptional. Complimentary breakfast simple but yummy in a tasteful environment.

Location was fabulous. Housemaids kept property very clean.

Breakfast area to small, no seating for all patrons, need a toaster that can cook more than two toast at a time. Yoghurt, bread and butter kept running out.

Wer hätte gedacht, dass mir das kontinentale Frühstück so mundet! Müsli und üppige Marmeladen-Auswahl. Allerdings war die Kaffeemaschine eine Herausforderung, was jedoch für den Betrachter sehr kurzweilig sein.

Great location close to Te Papa and Cuba St. The washer and drier were very useful and worked extremely well

It's a shame there isn't a second lift

The hotel was central to most places we wanted to go to. The room was a good size, well presented, comfortable and very clean. A new propoerty as it had only been open since February 2023. No onsite parking but ample parking garages nearby.

The continental breakfast was very ordinary with very limited choice. The breakfast room was right in the front foyer of the hotel with very little seating room and it got quite crowded as everyone came down to eat. Only one toaster for making toast meant people were lining up to get somethng to eat. The hotel was advertising a happy hour but when we enquired about getting a glass of wine we were told that the bar was not available. Staff seemed to have very limited knowledge about good eating places in the area around the hotel.

Bathroom very small. Phone in room didn’t work to call reception to arrange food.
