Great weekend Red Hat ladies doing a girls weekend, the house was perfect for our sleeping arrangements. There was 13 of us. Room to spread out and enjoy. Just across from beach. Very clean.

We loved staying here for fall break as a family! We had a group of 21 people, and we were all comfortable in this house. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice being a short walk away from the beach. The heated pool was nice to have, and there were plenty of toys to play with while in the pool. We had a few very minor issues while staying - the tvs weren’t working and the pool heater wasn’t heating properly. As soon as we reached out, Jordan had both issues looked at and taken care of quickly. He also messaged to remind us to set the garbage cans out for pick up, and that was a nice reminder! I can honestly say that this was one of our best experiences renting a house! Our host was wonderful, and the property was exactly as listed. I wouldn’t even say that this is a problem really, but the only thing that could have made our experience better would be to have curtains or something in the bedrooms. The apartments/condos next door are really bright at night. Like I said, it’s not even a true issue, but it was a struggle for our 15 month old while trying to sleep at night. This doesn’t change our wonderful experience at this house. Overall, we would all give it 5 stars! I can’t speak highly enough of our host. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was our second stay at this house. Lots of room, very clean, excellent location within a block of the beach. Private swimming pool was fun for all.

Great place

We have been staying in VRBO homes for family vacations for about 20 years. This was a seamless stay from initial communication to departure! Price was below anything we could find and the home was clean and beautiful. It is just across the street from the beach! We always bring additional toiletries to avoid the expense when we arrive but we did not need ANY of them-each bath was staffed with liquid soap for the sink and a 4-roll pack of toilet paper, garbage bags for each bath and the kitchen, along with dish and DW soap. We only used our own paper plates and paper towels. May sound minor but gathering that stuff when you arrive can be a nuisance! We also had a couple issues with the air conditioning (probably operator error with the thermostat) and Ron was there immediately to fix/correct it. One call required HVAC but they were there within a couple hours. Don’t have a bad thing to say about this rental and hope to be back next year!

We all loved the house and location. It is well equipped to handle a large group. While giving privacy if wanted. We hope to stay here again. 5star in our book!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Ron’s property. The location was perfect. The home is just a short walk to the beach, and also very close to lots of shopping and restaurants including Destin Commons. Ron was a great host and we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had 10 adults and 11 kids ages 3-9. Perfect location for easy beach access and the pool kept the kids busy.

Traveling to Destin for and annual week long family vacation since 1995 with a few side trips to Orlando theme parks the family has grown to 20-25 each recent trip. This property was absolutely perfect in every way. Including: Space, furnishings, cleanliness, information, readiness, management response, price, location, etc.

We had a fantastic week! Ron was amazing throughout the whole process! Can’t wait to come back!

Great house - very clean - close walk to beach! Had issue with A/C on day 2 of 7 - and Ron promptly sent someone over to fix it! Ice maker on fridge was very slow (like 12-18 cubes per day) and Ron brought over ice. Overall great vacation!

This property was exactly what my family was looking for. We needed a house that could fit up to 18 adults and that would allow us to all spend time together including sharing meals. Both the indoor main living and kithchen space, along with the outdoor pool area accomplished that perfectly. Add in the bonus of a heated pool and a simple walk across the street to the beach and it just couldn't be beat! The host was easy to contact and quick with all correspondence. We just had a terrific family reunion. We hope to be back again in the future!

Everything about this property is a 5+. This was our 2nd stay. Will try again next year!! There were no problems at all.

If I could, I’d give this property and the host 10 Stars!!!!!!Everything about my stay was phenomenal. The home exceeded my expectations. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean and we had more than enough space to enjoy ourselves. The heated pool was a huge added amenity. The host was phenomenal and we were 1block from the beach! We’re already planning to return to this property for our 2024 vacation. If you’re looking for an exceptional property to rent while your in the Destin, Florida area, I strongly suggest you contact the host of this home. You will not be disappointed.

Had an amazing time! Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a few miles from most activities. Pool was a great addition to the house and used every day. All communication we had with the owner was prompt and useful. Our plane landed late afternoon and the owner had no problem letting us check in early since no one was staying the night before. The house could have used a deep clean before we arrived, but nothing that warranted a complaint or phone call. Overall a great experience!

We had a great stay. This house is conveniently located with only a minute walk to the beach. The property manager, Ron, was easy to work with and made sure our stay was perfect.

Highly recommend! Communication with Ron was quick, easy, and very thorough. He responded immediately with any questions we had. The 4 min walk to the beach was perfect, as we had little ones taking to and from. We had 5 different families, and it sleep and held us so well! The pool was heated, and so nice to have in our back yard! Beds were comfortable, beach was gorgeous- perfect white sand, and when it rained we spent the afternoon walking the (very close) outdoor mall. Highly recommend, and if and when we are back in Destin we will come back here!

Great overall! Everything was described well on the listing. House was clean overall. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Gas grill was new and clean. We had an issue with the pool heat not working one day. We called the owner and he was literally at the house in 2 mins to fix it and get the heat back working! He was super nice, easy to communicate and work with! Would definitely recommend this rental!

Location is perfect! Literally across the street from the beach. We went in Dec and the pool was well heated. Set up is great for large families with all ages with the 2 houses. Kitchen is well stocked and had a grill which was important to our family. Had beach towels and a pack-n-play. Place was very clean. Excellent communication with the property manager. Highly recommend.
