Our stay at the Tay Tay House could not be any better! House was clean and had all the amenities needed to make you feel comfortable. In addition, the house is a close Uber ride to downtown, Athena, and the Capitol Building.
Highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

We needed the perfect venue for a family trip to celebrate my best friend’s engagement. The house was super clean and the host was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. The home is so stylish and made for the perfect instagram drop back. We loved the back yard and spent most of our time there! About a 5-10minute ride to downtown. We loved it.

Was a good trip let denise know all of the issues we found and she responded promptly. Not to far from broadway was easy getting uber/lyft.

Was a great stay . Too hot for hot tub though.. wish there was shade for it . Other than that it was a gorgeous home. Well thought out . Plenty of space. Towels etc. Great job . Neighborhood looks sketchy.. but we had absolutely no issues . Then again I am from Cleveland so nothing bothers me . Looks to be up and coming like our Tremont area . So it was all good .

Our host was absolutely amazing 🙏 Denise exceeded our expectations. The location was awesome, the house was absolutely gorgeous. our group did not want or need anything. Our host seriously thought of everything. We can’t wait to visit again ❤️🙏❤️

The house was exactly as presented on VRBO, very nice, spacious and clean. Denise was very helpful when there was a need to communicate. Coming into the neighborhood doesn't look the best, BUT it was quite and we had absolutely no issues and felt safe the whole time.

We came to Nashville to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. This house was immaculate, beautiful and the owners truly thought of everything. We all had an absolute blast. It was close enough to downtown that it was a quick uber ride but far enough away that we were able to rest while we were in between activities. The house was clean and so cute. The hot tub and firepit are an extra little suprise. Oh and the bathrooms and showers?!?! I wanted to take them home with me.
We were a little worried when we pulled into the neighborhood at first but had absolutely no issues and felt 100% safe. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This VRBO is awesome! It was so spacious and it is very well thought out for sleeping spaces! The bathrooms are huge and come with so many towels! There were fans to use as well which we loved. The TVs are massive and the living spaces are just awesome. Denise was awesome to communicate with and so understanding! We recommend this place 100% and a large bach party had so much fun here. So close to downtown/ Broadway and so many places to eat!!! :-)

We enjoyed our stay in our temporary Nashville home. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were great! A 15 minute drive or Uber to most places we wanted to go. Super clean, new and everything you could ask for provided.

This house is so cute and nice! We came to Nashville with friends. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to hang out as a group and room to divide and have your own space to relax. The location is great! It is a 10-15 minute drive to all the fun Nashville has to offer. The owner Denise is super easy to book with and responds quickly to messages. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again!

Not only did the kitchen have all the appliances, big and small, we could want but also basics like condiments too. Clean, comfy and cozy would be the best description for every room too. I highly recommend it to anyone.

My family of 8 adults visited Nashville for my 40th birthday celebration. We all stayed together very comfortably in the home! There was so much space for everyone. Denise was very easy to stay in touch with for any questions we had. It was about a 10-15min Uber ride to most of our planned outings. The neighborhood is definitely up and coming with some beautiful vrbos although it does sit between some older run down homes. This did not affect our stay in anyway and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The home was beautifully decorated with more than enough space. Our only complaint would be at the time the grass was not cut so it was a bit of an eye sore upon arrival, but other than that everything else about the property was great.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect for our needs. The home appears to have been built recently, and offers everything we could have asked for — lots of bedrooms, a great kitchen, a nice sitting area with a large TV, and more. The neighborhood is up-and-coming, but it’s close to all the key spots in Nashville (and Lyfts/Ubers are relatively inexpensive in the city). We’d gladly stay here again, and very likely will!

The house was nice and clean. Cutely decorated for Nashville theme. Owners were easy to contact. However, the neighborhood was quite questionable. I would not want young female adults to be there by themselves.

We adored this house. It was the perfect setup. It was clean, well stocked with things you need for cooking, great appliances, fire pit, grill, hot tub. I e had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We will for sure stay again when we come back!!! The hosts are so helpful and pleasant!!

We had the best time staying at Denise’s house during our girls weekend in Nashville! The location was perfect for all the areas downtown we went to and the house was beautifully decorated, it looks even better in person! The owner of this property was absolutely the best when it comes to communication and making sure that this stay was a breeze. Very accommodating to our schedule needs. The house was super clean and decorated so cute. I was sad we weren't staying longer! There is some construction going on near the house which only means great things!! On the UP & UP!! We will definitely check availability here first when back in the area.

This house was gorgeous, great proximity to downtown. Only issue with location was that it was not in the best part of town. We saw people walking the streets at all hours. Also the yard had not been mowed in weeks. Not enough towels for a large group, bring your own.
Overall, good house and host was receptive. Would stay there again.

House is great, just as we expected! Hot tub, fire pit and back deck were very enjoyable. Uber to Broadway never cost more than $13 for 4! Neighborhood was ok- we never had an issues- just be sure to keep things locked!! Our Uber drivers said a lot of vrbo’s are popping up in this area.

The house was clean with great features. It was well decorated and fully stocked. There were games for the kids to play. The location allowed us to quickly get to downtown and the attractions we wanted to see. Some of the surrounding area was not as nice as this property. Overall we had a nice stay.

This home was amazing for our group, three couples. It was very clean and super spacious! We would definitely recommend to anyone. The location was a quick lyft drive to downtown and the drive to and from the airport was not bad either.

This house was gorgeous!! There is plenty of room for multiple couples to stay. The aesthetic was immaculate and the home is laid out perfectly. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We will book here again!
