we liked nothing at this property, we couldn't even let our engineers stay in these conditions, we have taken images and will be putting for a formal complaint in.

the fact that booking.com doesn't check out these properties, looks nothing like the images more like a halfway house/hostel type environment

Actually nice place - just the wifi was not working.... but now it does

TV wasn't connected to any tv channels - Internet wasn't working - but someone must have fiddled with it. I managed to fix it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot.

when we arrived I had to call the phone number of the owner as I’d not been sent self checkin instructions to gain entry into the property & I had no idea which was our room number too. I had also booked another property for our stay in the area, & several days prior to our stay, I was sent all the self check in information. On calling the owner he had no booking for us, !!! despite me receiving a confirmation email to say we were booked in., he had to call a woman who said there was no spare room for us. I explained numerous times that we were booked in & we had got a confirmation email & did he want the ref number but he refused. All this going on whilst stood outside the property. Eventuallyhe gave me the with t Cwrappers on window edge outside. fridge in our room had food 2 years out of date and fo freezer the same. No tv in any of the rooms except lounge which is a shared facility.
