The staff were amazing! It’s a little bit tricky to find the location as it is nestled in a busy neighborhood. You wouldn’t even know that there is a guesthouse considering the row of houses that surrounds it. The parking space is also limited, the guests must inform the staff if they need a parking space for their car. The room that I booked can accommodate a family of 5 adults. The 2 bunk beds are comfy, linens and toilet are clean, except that the shower head needs some replacement as water pressure is not good. Kettle, pans and cooking utensils are available. I highly recommend this hotel if you need an overnight place to stay and to prepare for an early morning flight as it is literally 15min away (by drive) from the airport.
Shower head needs replacement. Shower drain needs to be declogged.

Kleine Klimaanlage im Raum, eine Dusche und funktionierendes kostenloses WLAN.
Die Bedinung konnte noch weniger englisch als ich. Durchgebrante Steckdosen an der Küche. Haare vom letzten Gast in der Dusche und stank immerhin stark nach Desinfektionsmittel.

At first i was a bit hesitant about the place but it exceeded my expectations. The staff and the owner went above and beyond in helping us out with everything we needed, they were very friendly and very helpful. When the aircondition in our room stopped working, we were immediately transferred to a better one. Car service is available, they can book grab as well. Its close to Mall of Asia and close to shops.
There was nothing i did not like.

Really it's below a decent standard. I'm in a really nice hotel tonight for only $10 more. I mean it's clean ,but bed is old, transfer was $17 AUD but taxi was only $3 AUD. It's does serve a purpose for just a nights sleep between flights but that's all.
It's old and rundown .I will say the lady was helpful and I give her a thank you for her efforts.

overall okay. shower gets water all over the bathroom so you have to be careful where to put your stuff. one of my towels had a stain but the other towel was clean. aircon is quite noisy but works. property is safe and staff were lovely.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel.
This hotel is smack dab in the heart of a hustling and bustling neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants all over the area to fit anything you want or need. The locals are very friendly and, it's a happy neighborhood.
It is quiet in the hotel at night. The A/C works great. There is hot water and the beds are very comfortable.
Great value, all things considered.
The ladies working the desk are so nice and helpful!
Moy, next to the guesthouse, does laundry very professionally and for a good price.

Near enough to airport and shops and food outlets not to need taxis walking is ok
On the last 2days of our stay the wifi went off reception were quick to switch to an alternative wifi but that also failed later on and was intermittent and slow forthe rest of our stay
Bathroom was fitted with a hot electric shower but this was not working and we had to boil a kettle and use cup n bucket

there are a lot of eateries around open very early so you can buy breakfast for yourself, and the basic needs like water cooker, ref, microwave are such an excellent idea. accessible to all kinds of public transportation.
it is very important that rooms should have windows even just small windows.

The Location was near the airport! If you're not picky with your meal, there are a lot of karenderia and food stands nearby.

We got a ride to the shopping district where we ate and bought food to take back to the room. Nice little mini condo with kitchenette.

The location is close to Newport which has good dining area and accessible to nearby transportation.
The bathroom needs to be updated and sealed properly. I tried to clean but somehow still smells and saw small cockroaches creeping around.
The over powering fabric softener used in washing the sheets and pillowcases was irritating which caused me allergy.

staff members were very delightful and eager to help..,
No water in the faucet early in the morning, night shift staff failed to inform the guest that there will be no water coming.
AC too noise, can't sleep the whole night, no telephone in the room,
