Excellent position to visit the country. In a luxury complex with all basic services. Cozy appartement, perfect for our family (2 adults plus a 20-year old son) but it could have accommodated up to 6 people, if needed.

proximity to beach equipment (washing machine)

Spacious, stylish,.clean, well decorated, fully furnitured apartment. Easy access to the beach and shops.Wonderful gesture of a bottle of wine and sweets waiting for us thanks Alex very kind .We also found a great selection of tour and information books around the house. We would definitely stay again. Totally recommended.

We enjoyed our staying nothing that we didn't particularly like.

The apartment is located in very quite and attractive place to morning walking around and relax. There is very comfortable and interesting area for holiday time.

The Owner forget to install recycling packing waste bin in the apartment. Would be much, much easier to select recycling waste inside the house even than outside we can find all proper boxes (glass, plastic, paper and other waste). Additionally would be great to have opportunity to get more toilet papers for 4 persons during 7 days temporary residence. We didn’t find any…

Tidy apartment/town house

Electronic key opening.Needed data plan and download App on the phone. Had to contact property management to get an extra code for my wife's phone. We were not advised when booking that it would be Euro15 per person per day to use the swimming pool facility - that is a complete rip-off - especially if you are a family No description to say that the apartment is 2 flights off stairs Noisey outside at night on the roadside with volumes of cars coming and going and people talking/shouting outside - especially on a Friday night. A do was barking all night too (It must have been locked outside) I advised the Property manager that the toaster was not working the morning after we checked in. 5 days later this was still not replaced.

Worst rental we ever had experienced. Top 3 highlights 1)We were left without bed linen 2) huge bags of used damp bed linen caused horrific smell, wasn't collected 3)After checkout the owner claimed we opened a locked TV cabinet (the cabinet was never locked on arrival) and wanted to withhold 200 euro of the "security deposit" which is charged through a private website prior to arrival. Ended up reporting the owner to booking.com Conflict Resolution Department.

Owner's attitude at checkin spoiled the whole trip for us. 5 nights! Firstly, impossible to find the apartment. Block of 3 floors, plain white doors, no sign or numbers. Phoned, texted, after 10 min luckily the cleaner let us in. The smart lock system requires a mobile phone app to enter/exit, you can't leave without your phone. Every other review complains about it. It's a nuisance. And then it started.. . got text message that there were 2 people on booking (three of us travelling) , so bed linen was only left on one bed. Checked booking - Apartment is for 4 adults in description, one price rental, it's not per person. Besides, I never specified two adults would be sharing same bedroom. I explained that three of us for sure, glitch with booking not showing a child. Many texts later at 9pm - cleaner didn't come back, dirty bags not collected, second bed with no sheets. Left with a promise until the morning (that's it). We were shocked. Day2 - heard nothing. Texted at 5.30pm to ask. Got reply "laundry doesn't have our linen." Full stop, end of conversation. We drove to shop, got our own. Zero communication for duration. We checked out on time. Texted the owner to confirm checkout. Then it started again...an hour later, cleaner can't find an extension lead. Explained where we left it. Got immediately accused of breaking into a locked cabinet which wasn't locked. Texts continued after we have been travelling away from this place. Next morning, got message that 200 euro will be withheld from deposit, since we allegedly disconnected "all remote equipment". What remote equipment?! Reported to booking.com Conflict Resolution. Very creepy guy and border line stalking on WhatsApp. Worst stay ever. Keep away.

The apartment was cool, without needing air-conditioning on (in June), with a lovely shaded balcony looking through the trees to the golf course. It was mostly clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Our host was responsive to queries and any problems we had. There was an Aldi nearby as well as a grocery on site, though this was a bit pricey. The beach was a 5 minute drive or a 20-30 minute walk away and was amazing with lots of restaurants and kite surfers! Lisbon is easy to reach across the bridge for day trips.

The blocked shower drain which we had to clean before using, to avoid flooding the bathroom. The bedroom had a slightly damp smell.

It was very clean and comfortable, almos luxurious :) We really enjoyed our stay!

it's hard to access without car and quite far away from Lisbon. I had quite a struggle with the technology in advance: Paying deposit and visitors tax and getting the electronical door key working.
