We liked everything about the property. The room was great, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were attentive.

The courtesy bus needs to cater for larger groups.

Cleanliness

There are a lot of language problems. Holiday Inn being an international chain, we especially booked thinking that there would be staff available at all times who could converse properly in English but English speaking staff is available only for the evening shift. In the morning shift the staff present doesn't speak or are able to communicate in English. Due to this confusion, we were checked out of the hotel wrongly by the staff present despite having one already paid night for our 3 days stay at the hotel. After the 2nd day of stay, due to some confusion in the number of nights booked, we were checked out of the hotel. The staff present in the morning could not properly communicate with us that we had a pending 1 night stay still available. After 3-4 hours of checking out at 7 am in the morning, we realised we had indeed one more night left for the stay at the hotel. Booking.com website was also showing our stay as active. When we called the hotel realising this, the hotel female english speaking staff who's name starts with 'R', very rudely denied us our pending 1 night stay. We even told her that on Booking.com, the stay is still showing active but she was quite adamant on her stance. Due to this adamancy by the hotel staff and the morning staff not being able to communicate with us properly, we had to spend extra and book another hotel for the same date. Being an IHG member, I have never come across such a rude and straight on the face denying staff with an utter disregard to customer service and customer well being especially in a foreign country where especially language is an issue. Being an international chain, they are expected to have English speaking staff and have a proper customer service who atleast listen to the guests and try to atleast find a solution. Very bad experience. Local Japanese chains have a better stay experience.

Shuttle to station was very helpful. Kitchenette was very nice and helpful. Loved the bathroom with bathtub and enclosed showerhead. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. Bed was large and comfortable. My 6'4 partner and I fit comfortably on the King bed.

Hotel was a little far from the station, shuttle was a little hard to find at the station first day we got there.

Very good facilities in the room and nice bathroom. Great staff.

Clean, good location with many restaurants nearby and Lawson across the street. They offered free shuttle to the train station which is around 10-15min driving.

New, Clean, friendly stuffs. Kitchen and big room 2 adults and 2 kids in one twin share.

Room was too tiny which is not like the usual Holiday Inn. Breakfast was same every day, wish there was a change of menu or alternate menus. Distance was fairly good.

The pick-up van is not suitable for elderly with knees or legs problems as climbing in or out is difficult too. The steps are too high for street level and inconvenient. Should look into getting buses used by Osaka Garden Hotel with lower steps and the height of the bus is higher and interior bright and cheerful.

The room was clean and spacious. We didn't get to use the actual kitchen but it was very handy to have the laundry machine in the room. Very easy access by car. Breakfast was pretty normal.

Couldn't use the car park because my rental car was too tall. The mirror built-in Bluetooth speaker volume was unadjustable so it was either very loud or off. Not really walking distance from the closest train station, you have to rely on the hotel shuttle bus.

Well kept rooms and an excellent breakfast. The complementary shuttle service to Shin Osaka train station is a big +. The staff very supportive.

A worker from Srylanka was so nice and went an extra mileage to explain to me my way back to the airport. In general the stuff are very helpful and nice.

Coutesy bus brillant - on time always but only takes 9 people (and 9 bags if needed). Walk from station say 8-10 minutes and very safe surrounds. Reception staff were professional and English speaking as well. Products used throughout support sustainability. Lifts good and plenty of eating places nearby both up and down street. Recommend having washing machine/drying in your room which was well designed and lots of drawers. What is in web-site accurately reflects nice clean modern room and facilities.

JR Metro Loop line is Osaka-Umeda Station (called Umeda Station within a minute or two from Osaka Station and more central for getting to attractions in Osaka. More effort from Shin-Osaka but Coutesy Bus makes up for it. Location OK.

我是加大房型跟床型 以我對日本飯店的了解 這間我進來還真是嚇死了 有夠大間 設備又很新 洗澡廁所 洗臉盆 全部分開 裡面冰箱超級大 要什麼有什麼 連碗盤都有 還有洗衣精 烘乾機 洗衣精 桌子 沙發 要不是來日本玩 我都可以在裡面待一整天了 超讚👍

基本上住宿方面就是完美 唯一有問題的就是附近就是個標準住宅區 其它逛的基本上是0 所以有一好沒兩好 看是要選擇安靜的住宿 還是可逛街的地方囉 然後飯店離車站頗遠 每天走可能有點辛苦 不過飯店有提供接駁車 所以我認為問題不大 大家自行斟酌

The location near supermarket & close to Shin Osaka station. They do have shuttle van to transport you from station to hotel & vice versa. Love their kitchenette.

I was staying for 3 person per room and i have to request 1 extra bath towel everyday which is quite frustrating. Their pillow is really ² soft coz i like firm for my head.

Breakfast was lovely but for each day slight variation would be better.

Great suite, with kitchen and in room laundry facilities. Perfect after being away for a week and needing to refresh some clothes. Big size room by Japan standards.

A fair hike from Shin Osaka station with luggage. All flat, but took us about 15 or so mins to get there.

Property was located away from the hustle and bustle which helps to wind down at the end of a busy day. There are food options around the property - walk further down away from Shin-Osaka and you get Sukiya, CocoCurry and a huge Supermarket! The shuttle helped to save walks - just remember to line up in the right spot. The washing machine was handy too. The reception helped to organize transfer two of our luggages to Tokyo while we headed to Hiroshima for two nights (praying my luggages arrive where it should!).

Quite far from station, charge policy for child is not clear - not by age but by school level.
