Good location at a good value. Very comfortable and I enjoyed the lounge on my floor.

Breakfast was terrible. Even though I had paid for it I didn’t eat there again after the first day. You only get two pre made meal set options.

The reception staff is nice, polite and efficient. The location is within walking distance to the Umeda station and Osaka main station. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Room is a bit small but clean and tidy.

Nice location with lots of restaurants and bars around, between two stations in the city center of Osaka. A standard business hotel.

The room was small, almost impossible to open the suitcase. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. The walk from Umeda station was a little long with a heavy suitcase.

just went here with my best friend for two nights, the hotel is a business hotel with basic rooms but with all the necessities available. Very clean and beds really comfortable. this is a very good hotel if you are looking for a normal stay, position is excellent.

if you are a very light sleeper, please note that the hotel rooms are on the train lines but the room is sound proof. if you have a lot of problems sleeping and need maximum silence then I wouldn’t recommend this place, otherwise it’s fine

strategic location from osaka station, umeda station, and airport limousine bus (new hankyu hotel) but if you are first time in osaka station is very confusing to find the way to the hotel, near the hotel many restaurants and shopping area, also very close to blue bottle coffee (open in the morning)

Definitely the ladies floor was a plus. One of the key reason why i choose this hotel is the short walk to the airport limo bus stop to get to the airport. As this was my final leg of the trip and my luggages will be very heavy.

Initially, i thought the room was dusty could be due to the room was left vacant however, with the daily cleaning request, the room (mainly toilet area) was dusty. The wall of the toilet, the tissue box all were dusty throughout during my one week stay. The cleaner also do not wash the cups for you. As there are only 2 lifts in this hotel, the wait can be long.
