Flat is super close to cutty sark underground and easy to get around from. Lots of great little amenities in the area. Michel was quick to respond to questions. Felt safe with kids.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Michel's flat. It had everything we needed - they had really thought of everything. Nice touch was Tea Bags! Its in a great location next to all public transport and there are lots of restaurants, bars etc. to go to in the evening. Also close is Greenwich market. Thoroughly recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment. It is well furnished and equipped, beautifully clean and fresh, and a real home from home. We did stay during the London heatwave so it was a little warm - as was every other building in London!! Trevor and Michel are great communicators and extremely helpful and welcoming. Definitely a recommendation for a stay in historic Greenwich.

This was a very clean and comfortable flat, perfect for our family of three. Very nice neighborhood. Well equipped for cooking. Very convenient to underground and Greenwich Park. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay in your property! Perfectly situated and a super space for us to enjoy as a family. The apartment was bigger than the pictures showed and really clean. We were welcomed with some kind essentials to get us up and running. Michel was on point for all questions we had and nothing was too much trouble for him. We’d love to come and stay again soon. Great location clean and tidy. It has everything you'll need, 2 minutes from shops, underground and city life yet tucked away so nice and quiet. Greenwich is a lovely place to stay plenty happening but also not as busy as other parts of London. And the Thames Clipper is the only way to travel...

Great location across the road from the Tube. Easy 30 min commute into central London. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent owner, with great communication. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

A great, centralized location with plenty to do on a week’s visit to London. Mid-week involved a wedding at Trafalgar Tavern—walking distance from our place—and its’ perfect location made it easy to access other parts of London. It was easy to get a late night snack when we returned to the unit at night. The host was very receptive to all of our inquiries and kept in touch with us throughout the week. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Greenwich. Michel is a great host and his communication is second to none. Apartment is well kitted out and 50m walk to the DLR which we used daily to commute into London city. A couple of minor things to consider, the aerobics class starts at 6am mon- fri and due to the warm weather we had the windows open so it was a good alarm clock. We were off early each day so it didn't worry us. We did experience very warm weather so it did heat up in the apartment but this common for London. Michel even had the fans on for us when we arrived. Beautiful apartment and a great host makes for a fantastic experience.

Michel was very responsive and kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. The flat was listed as 1st floor, which means 2nd floor in the U.S. so there were some stairs to navigate. Checking in was easy, and photos were included to help find things quickly. The cleaner had to return to clean the refrigerator as someone spilled something before we arrived. It was hot in the flat as there was no air conditioning, but air conditioning is rare in London. There were fans, so that helped. The only "complaint" I have is the number of towels supplied: one hand towel and one bath towel. When I asked for another set, I was told there would be a charge of 20 pounds per set due to ecology issues. We just washed them when we required fresh towels and purchased another set from a local shop that we took home with us. The summer heat and one set of towels do not sit well with me, but that is a personal thing. Just know you get one set per person. If you require more, bring them along or pay the fee. The flat was lovely, and you can't beat the location.

Coming from the US , I was initially skeptical of the area as it looked like unsafe alley ways. But I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find a charming area in Greenwich with friendly people, short walk to shopping, pubs, and restaurants. Public transportation easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely flat with all the amenities in excellent location. Good for small families or couples. Michel was an excellent and responsive host. We would rent it once again. One word of caution: it could be difficult for handicapped guests as the beds sit low to the floor and there is no safety handle in the showers,

We hadn't stayed in Greenwich before but really enjoyed it and this lovely apartment certainly added a lot to our trip. Michel, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and finding and getting into the apartment was really easy. The apartment is within very short walking distance of Cutty Sark tube station which makes it very easy to travel around the rest of London as well. We visited in July and London was hot (about 29 degrees on a couple of the days) but the apartment was a reasonable temperature with some good fans included to cool us down. The blinds kept the worst of the sun out so it didn't get uncomfortably hot during the day. The kitchen was well stocked which was a refreshing change from the usual sparse city centre apartments which don't have anything to use or cook with. This place has good pots, pans and utensils and the cutlery and crockery were plentiful and nice to use. There are extras like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee etc, which saves you from having to buy lots of things you will end up wasting or throwing away! There were also plenty of toilet rolls in the bathrooms which is such a simple thing to do but so appreciated - again, so many places just give you the bare minimum whereas Michel and Trevor seem to have really thought about what a visitor would need during their stay. There are a small Tesco and an M&S Simply Food within walking distance which makes it easy to buy anything else you might need. The beds were very comfy (although quite low down!), the bathrooms were clean and the living/dining area had plenty of seating and places to relax. The one small point to note is that the apartment sits over a gym which begins its classes at about 6.30am with VERY loud music. You can shut the windows to try and block it out but, as we were there during the heat of the summer, it then gets uncomfortably stuffy in the bedrooms if you're trying to get back off to sleep. I'd suggest taking some earplugs in anticipation! Greenwich is a lovely part of the city and there are loads of nice restaurants within walking distance. The park, the museums, the Cutty Sark and the River Boat are all a couple of minutes away too. Overall, we absolutely loved the apartment and we'd definitely stay here again. It felt warm and welcoming and a great choice to stay if you're visiting this part of London.

We had a fantastic few days at this property which was modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and in a great location. The property manager was great and communicated really well. The only slight downside was loud music and voices from the adjacent gym early in the mornings, but overall a very enjoyable stay.

This property is extremely well located right next to the Cutty Sark station. It makes for very easy travel to central London and other areas. The Uber Ferry is also a lovely way to go. The flat has a nice living room and kitchen area. Well equipped if you wanted to cook. Both Tesco and M& S simply food are very close as well as several bakeries pubs etc. Lots of outlets much appreciated with so many devices to charge. Wi-Fi worked well but barely reached second bedroom. Bedrooms are a little on the small side but adequate. Michel was very easy to deal with and prompt and responses to any questions. Overall would recommend as a great location for visiting Greenwich and also central London.

Good location. Rooms were a bit smaller than the photos allude to. Beds are comfortable but very LOW to the ground.

The space is in a perfect location for exploring Greenwich and the rest of London. There is an exercise class in the mornings downstairs but if the windows are closed there’s no impact. Would highly recommend!

Property owners/ Managers very expedient and polite in communications. Apartment was very clean and satisfying to stay in. Seamless check in process. Neighborhood, very fascinating and interesting, many attractions ,restaurants and markets. Uber boat very convenient to center of London, we do have plans to comeback to London as it is impossible to see so much in such short time. Hopefully we have the opportunity to stay in this apartmentagain.

First off, Michel was an excellent, attentive host. The pre-check-in communication was helpful and all questions answered promptly. The flat is exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable and well-maintained. You are literally steps away from the Cutty Sark and all that Greenwich has to offer. The flat is tucked away in a little side street so it is quiet even when the high street is active. The flat worked perfectly for our family of three. I would stay here again if my plans include Greenwich. Enjoyable stay across the board.

Greenwich is a wonderful area, and this flat is great. It is extremely easy to get to several museums and shops. The attractions are great in the area. There are several modes of transportation within a 2 block area. We highly recommend the flat and the area if you are visiting London.

I cannot say enough good things about this flat, it’s Greenwich location, and the property manager, Michel. The flat itself was very clean, with modern fixtures, and very comfortable. We had to book this flat at the last minute due to a family emergency keeping us in London longer than we planned, and Michel was extremely responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in the morning after we booked and allowing us to extend an additional day midweek and have a late check out. Check in was contactless and very easy, and everything we needed was in the flat when we arrived, including paper goods, soap, coffee, milk, water, sugar, cleaning supplies, etc. The flat is across the street from the DLR station, a five minute walk from the Cutty Sark and the Greenwich Market, a 30 second walk from a Tesco Express, and a short walk to many other things, including the Royal Observatory. You’re also 20 minutes by bus from the O2. I fell in love with Greenwich, and would absolutely stay in this flat again. The only slight downside is that you’re about 30 minutes away from Central London, but public transportation will get you there easily.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The management kept in contact with me from the very beginning through my departure. Absolutely terrific.

This was a great property and location for our stay. Michel was very responsive when we had questions. The flat was very well kept and all of the amenities worked perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come to London but wants to stay in small quaint town out of London. Everything was perfect!

The flat, modern and spacious was a home away from home with all the conveniences of home, in a secure building.
