Gators lost, but we won finding this amazing place to stay!

The property was very nice--well maintained. Lots of bath towels, nice bed sheets. We liked it. The experience would have been enhanced by having hand towels in each bathroom and the kitchen. We would stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The location was everything.

The townhome was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and in a location perfect for us. The host was very nice and responded quickly to all our questions. and when we arrived a little early he was happy to let us in earlier than 4pm. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! If I could give a friendly suggestion or two for the e future, I would ask there be an additional towel in each bathroom, or a bath mat for the floor. Getting out of the shower is a little hazardous as the wet floor is extremely slippery and someone could easily fall. Also, the house sleeps 6, but there weren’t enough dishes and flatware for everyone. Thank you!!

Property was gated, clean, and near many amenities. Communication with the property manager had immediate responses. No problems encountered.

We were beyond happy with our stay. Ryan was more than accommodating to us. The house is beautiful, clean, and in a very safe gated community. We couldn’t have been more happy with our host. Thank you Ryan, for EVERYTHING!!!

Cute, clean town home. Very convenient to LSU in a quiet gated community. As almost every review mentions, the neighbors did have a loud party one night.

Location made it easy to get to the university and local bars/restaurants. The place needs to be spruced up a little bit. Lots of damage to walls and Furniture is not in great shape but beds were comfortable. Owner was very accommodating

This apartment provided secure, gated parking. Well furnished with plenty of space for 2 couples + another adult. It was nice all having our own bathrooms. My only complaint was that the neighbors stayed outside until 4 am talking & laughing one night (this wasn't the owners fault) but you could hear them very loudly from the downstairs back bedroom. We were annoyed because we had just commented the night before how quiet the complex was, so if you want more quiet, pick the upstairs front bedroom. The owner was very communicative & pleasant to work with, he even went above & beyond after 10 pm to let us in after we accidentally locked ourselves out. (FYI...they are installing a wifi door lock very soon, so hopefully that won't happen again), but in the meantime, make sure someone has the key before you leave! Overall great proprty, we would definitely stay here again!

Baton Rouge is the perfect mid point to experience Acadiana and the big lights of New Orleans. The location and the hosts will not disappoint. Location was the first plus. Quiet and accommodating, with all the necessities a short distance away. Area was clean and being in a gated community is a plus. The home had plenty of room for the family of 6 , but eight will fit comfortably. 5 starts . Will be back.

Owners were great & so accommodating! Kept me in the loop at all times. Great townhouse and so roomy! Definitely going to use again

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Homeschooled teenagers had desks and white boards in their rooms, and location was not too far of a commute for my husband to work. Many places to eat and shop; only bad part was the traffic!

This townhome was perfect for our little family while we are out of state with my husband as he works out of town. The only problem is that it got booked for a few days before we could extend our stay longer!
