We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront house in Hot Springs, Arkansas! The house was big enough for our large group because it has plenty of space for everyone.

The house was clean and accommodated a large gathering of family members for a 50th wedding anniversary. My only complaints are: the Hot tub, which was an amenity I requested in my search was horridly dirty. Unusable. We had to fix the disposal so that the dishwasher would drain properly. One of the kitchen chairs was so rickety, it was a death trap. Outside on the porches were multiple spiders and spider webs. That's nature, I get it, but these were not newly established webs. All easily remedied. Thanks you for the hospitality.

The house overall fit all of our needs. We were in town for a wedding. We comfortably fit 4 families in this house. We would like to have spent time at the lake and outdoor kitchen but had difficulty due to the large amount of mosquitoes. The indoor kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was really nice.
The water pressure in the bathrooms was also good. The beds were comfy but the sheets needed updating.

Pros: Roomy, Lake Location, Quiet Neighborhood,
Cons: More Living Area Inside for visiting, cleanliness of property inside and out, broken furniture and stained. Lots of insects and spider webs inside and out. Floors had not been swept before we arrived and counter tops were dingy in kitchen. Sheets had hairs. Looked like beds were just made back up from previous renters.
I contacted local manager with no repsonse or help. Nationwide number was somewhat attentive and tried to get me in contact with someone.

We had a great stay over spring break. This home was perfect and everything we could have asked for. Great price and easy to accommodate out group of 12 adults!

This was such an awesome place to stay, inside the house had tons of room upstairs to hang out inside and out. Downstairs was an abundance of sleeping space. The outdoor space was our favorite part from the outdoor kitchen, the covered patio/hangout space, and fishing from the dock. Would highly recommend for future stays

House was very nice. Only problem was 2 bedrooms had no internet. Which we just ran to walmart and got some google squares. But with a house full of kids with no tv to watch made for a long night. But we all got to fish and play cards. Swing on balcony broke on last day of the stay. Lots of geese walking around down stairs was fun to watch.

Such a great space for a big family gathering. Great views of the lake. There were a few maintenance issues like missing light bulbs and the microwave not working, but nothing that took away from the overall trip. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property! Plenty of room. 16 of us stayed very comfortably. The only problem we had was we forgot a drawer full of clothes. We reported it but have no idea what became of them. Overall….a wonderful place to stay!

Very comfortable and cozy for all 12 of us. Immediately felt welcoming and we wanted for nothing the entire time we were there.
Having a boat slip was crucial and really made our trip.

We arrived and you can tell by the stale smell no one has been there for a while. There were spider webs in every door way. The hot tub was not cleaned and ready. One tv had remote missing. One bed was broken could not use and one bed was missing. The grill had not been cleaned full of bugs. The stove has grease on it from previous usage. There was a window that was broken and had plastic on there. The floors needed mopping. They had rules for me but apparently none for themselves. It could’ve been a good property but I just don’t think they prepared for our arrival!

Very good neighborhood. Big home on the lake with plenty of room for a big family. Tons of porch space facing the lake. Only problem we had was it is located on a hill so the yard had a slant to it and we could not walk in the back yard. The dock area is nice with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating. Hot tub was a favorite for our teenagers!

There were several little things that should have been better from the very beginning, but they were taken care of in the first 3-4 hours of the stay.
Overall, it is a great house for a big family vacation. We had a great time.
I would, however, caution this house for anyone that has mobility issues. There are 67 steps from the boat dock to the main level, or a steep, rocky hill to climb up and down. If you have an elderly person or someone with mobility issues, you may want to look somewhere else. On the same note, there is one bedroom on the main level, the other four bedrooms are downstairs from kitchen, living and main deck. Again, this was tough for a couple of our family members.
Overall it was a great stay and not out of the question we may stay here again as the location and deck were outstanding.
