A friend and I stayed at Candlewood because it was close to the concert venue we attended. I arrived well before check in time, but thought I'd go in just to make sure our room was reserved. The young man at the desk was absolutely the best! He was friendly, easy to understand, and confident in what he was doing. He was able to get me into our room early. YAY!!!! He asked what the purpose of our visit was, and I explained that my best friend from childhood was coming from Missouri to attend a concert with me. The gentleman at the desk then promptly handed me a couple of business cards of a couple local people who offer Uber transportation. Our room was wonderful, the service was wonderful and our stay was wonderful! Anyone looking for a great room at a reasonable price should definitely stay here.

Perfect for my work trip

Staff was friendly at check in. However, we got a standard room not the 1-bedroom we booked. Went back to lobby and front desk clerk quickly acknowledged the hotels error and got us another room- the only 1-bedroom left. We got in and noticed there was no couch!? It was an accessible room which was fine and we've stayed in accessible rooms before but we've never in all the years we've travelled ever had a hotel room without a couch. There were 3 of us and to watch tv together we had to pull in the office chair and a chair from the bedroom to sit together. It was very awkward. Overall, very clean rooms, quiet and friendly staff.

Candlewood was a very clean, aesthetically pleasing hotel. The staff was friendly, and check in and out was a very quick and easy process. I was very surprised and happy to see our king sized room featured a mini kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher and mini stove top. What I liked most about staying here was that I was unable to tell that anyone had stayed in the room before us. It was spotless. And for a hotel, it was quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed after a concert at Pine Knob. Convenient to the highway. The property was very well-maintained very clean exercise room was modern, kitchenette for light nails. Our view overlooked the dump, but if you squint your eyes and pretended it was almost like you were looking at a mountain lol. The desk staff was very friendly and took time to explain to everything we need to know about the hotel Amenities. We will definitely stay again when we are back in that area.

I don’t make time to leave a review very often if ever. It can be hard to find a really clean room and even moreso a really clean bed with a really comfortable bed, bedding and pillows.
