Incredible location, very decent and good facilities and decently clean and priced.
Was slightly unclean but mentioned it to staff and they came and cleaned everything up, so more of a pro.

Manager was very accommodating
The porters and rest of the staff are not pro-active and need to be ordered.
We pulled up at the hotel, approached the doors with our luggage, non of the 3 porters ventured forth to open the doors to their hotel!

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
The rooms were basic and fairly dull, but I'm not sure whether that is to be expected in this type of hotel.

They told that they do not provide Bill, booking.com will provide bill after check out and still not received the same.
